Fantastisk charmerende lejlighed med swimmingpool (2 soveværelser-2 badeværelser og et halvt bad) ligger 10 skridt fra sandet af den smukkeste bystrand i Puerto Rico. Beliggende i Condado, San Juan, en livlig (og sikreste) nabolag. Gåafstand til en række lokale og trendy restauranter og 10 minutters cab ride fra lufthavnen og Old San Juan. Vi har et kraftværk, hvis strømmen går i området, meget vigtigt siden orkanen Maria !!!
Nyd den fredelige brise og sol om morgenen i den øverste tag swimming poolen eller stranden, og så have det sjovt at udforske restauranter, barer, diskoteker mv i Condado (drikkevarer), Old San Juan (Salsa), Isla Verde (disco), Piñones (Bomba y Plena) om aftenen.

Great stay overall! Ana was very kind and we felt very safe and happy with the apartment. The water usage was annoying but that was the only part that wasn't great and I think that's a temporary issue.

Thank you, Isaac. For now, we need to be very careful with water, as there are restrictions in place. Luckily, we have a 500-liter tank, and if our customers are careful with water usage, they won't have any issues.

The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The property has plenty of space and is quiet and comfortable. We walked to lunch and dinner everyday, and greatly enjoyed being so close to the beach!

Amazing!! Everything was terrific. Such a cozy, homey, beachy place with an incredible view on the roof! Just about everything you need is provided, including the most thorough, local travel recommendation list from the hosts. Specifically, Ana, who is there to answer any questions you have via phone, text, or email…She even checked in on the place when we were gone, only because I was confused how to lock the door properly lol. You’re on the beach in 30 seconds!Easily catch an uber wherever!Eat breakfast close by (Pinkies!!) Airport Is 15m tops! And don’t forget to utilize the hammock inside, with the best sliding doors ever!!I want to go back now!!

Myself and several friends stayed for 6 nights and we had a great experience! The communication with Isabel and Ana was great - they made sure we had all the information needed about the rental with clear instructions, and they also sent us a very comprehensive guide to local eateries and recommendations which we took advantage of! The place was well equipped with beach chairs and towels, as well as enough kitchen supplies for basic breakfast prep/meals, though we mostly ate out locally in San Juan. We had parking for our rental which was extremely convenient. The unit was as described, plenty spacious and the access to the beach was definitely a highlight! Literally 1 minute walk down a path and you're there! A few minor notes - the water did go out (no fault of the owner/managers, as this is common in SJ), and it was on our last day so it did not significantly impact us. Also, the mattresses were not very comfortable but we were so tired from our activites that we still slept well. Overall, would definitely recommend and really appreciated the great communication, spacious unit, and amenities it offered!

Thank you, Meredith. We have a 500 gallon tanks, so we have a buffer when the city water supply runs out. However, if the public system does not reopen de pipes and we fully deplete the tanks, we will need to rely on water trucks. Since demand is high, we compete with thousands of other customers, so delays may occur. We're actively monitoring the situation to mitigate the risk. We are happy that you enjoy your time with us and we are glad we met your expectations.

Roof top pool was the best!

We had a lovely week relaxing at this beautiful condo, but we enjoyed the roof top pool the most! Beautiful views and perfect for family time!

Excellent stay!

We loved staying here! So close to the beach, restaurants and grocery! Easy check in/check out and great recommendations from the owner about exciting things to do! The owners also recommended the tour company Fix a Trip - Sergio accommodated us last minute and our boat tour was amazing!! We would love to go back!

The owner and manager are exceptional. The step by step info to get there, enter, and use the property were all 100% clear. The design of this building is unique and worked well for our family of 6, 2 parents 4 young adults. Perhaps it is worth mentioning that this wouldn't be a good fit for anyone that can't carry luggage and supplies up stairs.This is a busy rental property with some areas of wear and tear, all typical for the area. Despite that, this place was cleaned very well and we were immediately comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and access to the beach can't be beat! Appreciated the available chairs, toys, etc as this saved us some . We loved the roof, a couple of flights of stairs up and you are in a different world. The view is incredible, the small rooftop pool was a lot of fun after busy days in SJ.Perhaps the biggest impact on us was the extensive info provided for the area by the owner and manager. The detailed info on restaurants, points of interest, etc. was so great and beyond appreciated! We would 100% go back to this property without hesitation!

Absolute paradise!

What a wonderful stay we had staying at the MAR. The rental was clean, and had was in a great location to many restaurants, and the beach. Coordinating the stay with Isabel was easy, and she was very helpful and knowledgable about the area. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend this property!!

Wonderful accommodations and location!!!

We took our family of 6 to PR for spring break March of 2019. This is a wonderful apartment with enough room for us all. So close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and a top notch yoga studio. We definitely recommend this location for other families.

Fabulous vacation!

We had an amazing time. The villa was comfy, great location to the beach and restaurants. Morning coffee on the roof deck and checking out the stars in the evening. Beautiful view of the ocean and relaxing sound of waves.

Great visit

My friends and I had a great week at this property. It was a super quiet neighborhood with easy walking access to a number of shops, bars, and restaurants, great beach within a few steps, super easy to access the property, amazing penthouse pool and deck with views of the beach, the host Ana was very welcoming and quick to respond to any question, very short uber rides to Old San Juan, and the air-conditioning was in perfect order. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location and accomodation

The property was beautiful, with an amazing living area and very well kept rooms/bathrooms. The rooftop lounge and pool area was also a very relaxing spot to wind down after a long day or enjoy a few drinks before a night out in San Juan. The proximity to an excellent beach was one of the many great aspects to the property as well. I will definitely try to stay here if/when I make a return trip to San Juan.

Great space in San Juan

This property worked out very well for our diverse needs as a group. The rooftop patio was an amazing space to gather and enjoy the sunshine. We loved being so close to the beautiful beach with lots of opportunities for exploration & adventure in San Juan.

A great apartment

We were very pleased with the apartment. One note of caution, it is located on the second floor and the pool is on the fourth - lot of stairs!

Thank you, Bonnie. Yes, this apartment is the penthouse so to get into the apartment MAR there are 20 steps to the apartment door. Then, the pool is two flights up (25 steps). The first one is our other unit SOL, and the second one is the pool area. The pool and the two washer and dryer are the only thing you share with our other unit.

Great vacation

Great location. Just a very short walk to the beach. Spacious accommodations. Only issue was shower in the second bathroom did not have hot water. Beach apartment

Great location. next to beach, restaurants in walking distance. great space - wonderful air conditioning which was a must. Roof pool space is beautiful. Relaxing. Hosts very responsive.

Vacation

This was a great place. We loved the quieter location. The owners were there at the same time and they are such GREAT people. We would stay here again. We wish there would have been more bath towels. The place was very well furnished.

We are a family of five. The parents are from Spain and one kid, the other two boys were born in Atlanta, GA. We moved to Puerto Rico 14 years ago and love this Island with our heart. Each room has ocean views!!!!
This apartments are precious for us and try to do our best in every detail. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Our property manager, Ana, is available 24/7.

I love the breeze in the top roof pool. The beach in front of the apartment, the sunset, the sunrise, the location, the atmosphere, the puertorrican people, the food, the rain forest, the piña colada, the Mofongo, ocean park beach, Piñones, the Rain Forest El Yunque, the bioluminiscent bay, surf in #8, paddle surf in the ocean in front of the apartment, windsurf with friends, rum DonQ, the mangos, avocados and papayas, and my husband (:

In San Juan, there is nothing comparable with our two units sharing the top roof pool with the sound of the ocean, the breeze. This unis has a hammock too. We provide everything and stay available for anything you can possibly need 24/7.
Our WIFI system is fast and free optical fiber. The power plant is a must in PR!
