Our home is great for families who are looking to stay near Beaches, Camp Lejeune, New River, or Stone Bay. home is fully equipped with essentials to cook at home and an open floor plan to enjoy every min with family and friends.

Please note for the safety of our home and for your safety we do have a ring camera that records movement at the front door. A motion sensing camera over the garage facing the driveway and front of home and a motion sensing camera facing the back yard.

-💢💢Please leave home as you received it. .
-No extra guest on property only those accounted for at booking.
-No outdoor shoes indoors.
-No smoking indoors
-Please clean up after your SA in the back yard(fine will apply if SA feces is found, min $100)
-A grill is available but if used must be left clean.
-No parties/events of any kind allowed.
-No smoking/vaping indoors or in garages allowed what so ever, no exceptions.
-Garage is not accessible for guests other then to use laundry and for the ping pong table.
- Use the dishwasher for all used dishes and utensils then put them in their respectable place. Dishwasher pods provided.
- Leave used beds unmade and used towels in tub.💢💢

Beautiful, quiet and cozy!!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. Not only was it very clean but the house is so beautifully decorated. All of the appliances are brand new and top notch. We enjoyed being able to bring our small family dog as the property is pet friendly! The large private fenced in back yard was a wonderful addition! There was plenty of room for our family to gather together for meals, games, and watching TV as well as room to have our own space. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. It's about a 20 minute easy drive to North Topsail Beach and less than 10 minutes from the gates of Camp Geiger. I would recommend this property to a family or to adult couples. I know our family will definitely check availability for this property for our next visit!!

Pleasant visit of Marine son

Jose's house was perfect for our stay. Family & dog friendly. The fenced back yard area makes doggy care easy. We LOVED the ping pong table in the garage. Having a ping pong ball holder installed on each end of the table is a genius move! The location is quite close to Camp Geiger (our son is a Marine) and 20-25 mins to N TopSail Beach.

Bedroom shortage

The listing said 4 bedrooms 2 bath it had 3 bedrooms and a pull-out bed in the living room. That is the only problem I had

Nice area and nice home

We have rented from Jose before and have been extremely pleased with his listings. This is an easy access home with all the amenities you can ask for. We enjoyed our stay here. The only downside is there is no cover on the back deck and its a cement pad that gets extremely HOT during the summer months. We will definitely be reserving with Jose again. Mike & Lor V.

Location

The location was listed as Sneads Ferry, but was actually in Jacksonville. Not near beaches, or boat ramps or fishing and crabbing. The backyard had absolute no shade. The table umbrella was broken and had no base to hold it in place. The front storm door closure was missing as was the toilet tank lid in the guest bathroom.

Great house for visit to Jacksonville, NC and Pet Friendly!

We rented this house as a quick two night stop on our trip up and down the East Coast. The overall house seemed brand new inside and beautifully decorated. The fenced backyard was huge which was great for our dog to be able to run around bit. The washer and dryer were fairly new and easily accessible. The house is located about a 10 min drive from most of Jacksonville, 40 mins to the beach in a quiet cul-de-sac. Thanks for a great stay, Jose!

Our Stay Was Perfect!

We spent a week with our son and grandsons before they were being deployed overseas. This place couldn't have been more perfect. A pool would be nice, but with the beach so close, definitely not needed. ;) Everything we needed was provided; from dishsoap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwashing detergent, drip coffee maker (there is no keurig coffee pot though), filters, some spices, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, towels, and linens. The place is very nicely decorated, immaculate and located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a huge back yard for the kids to play. Take some toys and games of your own for play time. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, and we never felt crowded. The neighbors were very friendly too. We went to top sail beach, golfed, went bowling, shopping, out to eat, and to the nearby park for the kids to play. Everything was easily within a half hour drive. On the nights we stayed home to watch movies, we had all we needed to cook meals, and access our streaming with screen mirroring on the smart tvs. Overall, I can't think of a single thing that wasn't supplied and taken care of. Our communication with Jose was quick, and easy, although after we arrived, there wasn't a single problem. If the kids were deploying, I'd definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Jacksonville get away

Me and my family enjoyed our stay, very clean, very nice home. We definitely will plan another trip with the hopes of staying here again. Everything is close by right in the middle of Topsail and Jacksonville lots of things to do in the area.

Very nice place

3 bedrooms. 4 beds plus a bed in couch. HUGE backyard. Clean and nicely decorated. We had a great stay. Recommend!

COVID get away

This was our first time renting with VRBO and the experience couldn’t have been better! Jose was so helpful and took the time to respond to all of my questions. His communication is spectacular. The house is beautiful and clean and just what we needed to meet up with family during this weird time. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location, Perfect Host

This is the perfect house for on base visit or a beach getaway with the family. We came down for a mini vacation to enjoy the beach for a few days. 5 kids, all under 12. It had plenty of room and us older folks still had our privacy. The house was very clean and well stocked. Jose was a wonderful host and answered all of our questions quickly before our arrival. I would highly reccommend this house and any other property Jose may have listed for rent for your family or a business trip in the Jacksonville area!

Great place to stay

It was an amazing experience. The neighborhood was nice and the property was nice. There was enough room for everyone. I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a place to rent.

Amazing

Going to see our son that is stationed at Camp Lejeune was emotional to begin with. But staying at this house made all of my families anxieties go away. The house was beautiful, updated and clean. The hosts were so responsive no matter how silly the question. It was easily assessable and close enough to all major stores and restaurants without feeling as if we were in the city. These hosts are the way to go when staying in N.C.
