Williamsburg getaway

The property was beautiful and ken was easy to contact with any questions. I would highly recommend this place to someone looking to get away and enjoy a relaxing week

Great stay!

Before our house was ready we stayed for approximately 11 days. Fantastic and well appointed condo with access to Kingsmill and Williamsburg.

Great location and amenities

A great location when I was participating in a golf event at Kingsmill. Easy walk to the Kingsmill restaurants and pro shop and quick drive to Colonial Williamsburg. Very comfortable bed and great linens.

Patricia, You visted our condo in Kingsmill back in 2021. We have had a two year guest check out who bought a home. We are open again for December and having a problem with the public not able to see our listing. We just had the unit cleaned head too toe and thought you might want to revisit the area for both the Grand illumunation over the weekends as well as Bush Gardens Christmas Town which is a huge event . We now have a shuttle bus that will take you from our coffee stop to down town without having to look for parking . It can also take you to Christmas Town without having to pay $40 to park . If you want 1st pick of December dates text me at 240-432-0025 or call Vrbo 877-202-4291 ask for property ID # 9443174 located at 304 Padgetts Ordinary Williamsburg VA . A most enjoyable stay!

This lovely condo is beautifully appointed, super clean, and extremely comfortable. It is conveniently located within the Kingsmill Resort, offering ease of access to a variety of dining and sports facilities.

Excellent property and setting

The property was in excellent and clean condition, with all of the necessities for minimum or maximum meal preparation. The location was good and the check-in process easy. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation

Very clean and well appointed. Appreciated k-cup coffee maker with pods, comfortable sofa, and owner recommended restaurants. Condo located on a pond while Kingsmill is on the James River. Relaxing walking paths. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo

We had a wonderful stay during Christmas 2021. The condo overlooks a creek and their are wonderful views and plenty of opportunity for bird-watching. The owners were very helpful and most accommodating. We will stay there again.

Great place and location

My husband and I stayed at Ken’s place for a short getaway, including going to Busch Gardens. The place was clean, very comfortable and a great layout with plenty of space for the 2 of us. The desk in the main room was handy as I did some work while we were there. The community is very nice. We enjoyed walking around and getting a cup of coffee at the nearby cafe. Unfortunately the waterfront restaurant was closed when we were there but it looked very nice. We drove easily to Busch Gardens and to downtown Williamsburg for dinner. We would definitely come back!

Stunning fresh first floor condo in Kingsmill!

Ken’s condo was an exceptional stay for the two of us. Gate access was a breeze as our name was prepared in their system ahead of our arrival. We drove right in to the condo by GPS and found it easily at night after 10pm for check-in. Upon entering we were pleasantly supposed with the spaciousness of the condo and took in the secluded view of the pond off the rear covered lanai. Fresh linens were provided and of good quality. Kitchen was stocked with necessities for our use and bathroom was spotlessly clean. Both televisions were large and easy to navigate plus provided our favorite streaming options we use at home. Air conditioning controls were easily managed and the unit smelled fresh without any fragrances. Thoughtful touches surrounded us like tennis racquets to use with pool towels and lovely automated candles that lit the back porch at night. Ken had really prepared a relaxing stay for us and we will return!

Stellar hosts

Ken and Gen are stellar hosts and kudos to their cleaning team- this is the cleanest property I have every seen. Before the pandemic, I travelled extensively and can say this is 100+%! Every single item in the condo and cabinets was very, very clean. Kitchen tools and basic cooking items like spices and oil and vinegar, sugar and coffee pods are thoughtfully supplied. The bed was comfortable and we loved the closet/dressing room between the bedroom and bath. I spent a lot of time on the balcony, and we could just see the fireworks from Busch Gardens through the trees. Ken is very responsive and was gracious about several atypical requests we made. Kingsmill location was convenient and their grounds are perfectly manicured. Miles of walking/biking trails. Try the river side grill/restaurant when you are there- terrific staff and a lovely view of the James. If we choose a condo over hotel stay in Williamsburg again, we would definitely re-book.

Excellent condo!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness, luxury bath towels, and all the small details of the condo. Ken, the owner, made himself available for recommendations for places to see and dine. The kitchen is very well stocked with items you'd want to use, including spices and a variety of cooking utensils. The location in Kings Mill Resort is close to the 4 mile walk/run loop, marina, and golf club. The condo itself is up to date. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening and watching the fireworks from Busch Gardens through the trees. We love visiting Williamsburg, VA and we will certainly request to use this condo again.

Northern Virginia Getaway to the Colonial Triangle

We had a fantastic experience at this beautifully furnished and immaculately-maintained condo at Kings Mill. Enjoyed coffee with the birds in the morning on the back deck, loved walks in the evening on the trails around the resort, and will remember sunsets and twilight from the marina. Owners Ken and Gen were wonderfully accommodating to a couple of over 50 Vrbo first timers that really made the stay stand out. They made us feel at home for our week stay and their condo had all the comforts we expected - including in the kitchen. We found the location perfect to explore beyond Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown - Norfolk and Virginia Beach made easy day trips, too. We would absolutely come back to knock Williamsburg during the holidays off our bucket list.

Quiet Getaway

Perfect spot for relaxed weekend getaway. Cleanest property I’ve ever rented - nicer than any of the Kingsmill resort rooms I’ve stayed in. Well appointed, comfortable and VERY clean. Appreciated all the good information provided by the owner. Will definitely recommend this property to my friends who also love Williamsburg.

Outstanding communication and clean, modern home

The owner went out of his way to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. Before we even arrived he recommended restaurants and activities. Once we arrived we discovered many thoughtful things throughout the home that made our stay so much better. Like... a business desk with ample charging outlets, motion sensor night lights, a well equipped kitchen, and luxury bedding. Kenneth always respond to my texts in a timely manner. The home has a private balcony that overlooks a pond offering tranquility and privacy. Thank you Kenneth for letting us stay in your home and we look forward to our next visit.

Lovely condo

We stayed here for two weeks and found the condo perfectly appointed and exceptionally clean. Really comfortable bed and reclining sofa, high quality towels and bedding, and lots of extras to make your stay more comfortable (Bluetooth speaker, strong Wi-Fi, high quality kitchen tools, etc). We brought our fishing poles and fished at the marina for some of the best catfish fishing we’ve ever had. Ken was a wonderful host, we hope to come back again. The condo was very private and A perfect place to explore Williamsburg.

Long weekend in Williamsburg

We enjoyed a fabulous long weekend staying in this unit. Ken was a wonderful host! The unit was impeccably clean and provided all of the comforts of home. We loved the location and proximity to nearby attractions. We biked in the colonial village and did a car tour of the Yorktown battlefields. The resort property had plenty to offer as well. We enjoyed fishing, jet skiing, and swimming at the River pool. We would definitely return and stay here, thanks again Ken!
