Excellent amenities and furnishings with beautiful ocean views. Plenty of room within the unit.very nice beachfront property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location was absolutely perfect!! Steps away to the beach. A 10 minute walk to South Village. It was wonderful except for parking. The parking spot is SMALL and NARROW. We were unable to use it. The inside was clean and cozy. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

View is amazing, access to the private beach was awesome. Very clean spacious place, all I’d update would be the blinds and furniture! Other than that, loved it. Thank you!

Perfect for us!

Thank you so much to the owners of the rental condo. We had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect for us - clean and well-equipped, and we spent a lot of time on the beautiful balcony. The location on Siesta Key was perfect; the white sand, the water shallow for quite a ways from shore. Such a pleasant experience!

Favorite Location!

Location! We love all the beach equipment that was supplied as well as how kid friendly the unit is! So far our favorite location to stay while in Siesta Key.

Perfect location! Gorgeous beachfront, peaceful pool and great balcony views. The staff responsible for the beach chairs & umbrellas were fantastic. The furniture could use a refresh. Inside was dated and the balcony was crowded. Sleeping was a little challenging with the outside light coming through the windows. Even so, we enjoyed our stay at the resort.

The photos below are from the end of September. The weather was fantastic, the shelling at Point of Rocks beyond the Monkey Wall was plentiful, and the local dining was delicious!The accommodations were clean and very comfortable, and just steps from the beach! We highly recommend this getaway and hope to return one day.

Wonderful place

Very clean and comfortable, lots of amenities and good location, walkable to restaurants. Right on the beach and loved the pools.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend in January with another couple. The location was excellent and is a short beachfront walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo unit was comfortable and clean with a well-stocked kitchen. The only upgrade to the unit that we would suggest is room-darkening curtains / shades.

It was a great location, right on the beach. It needs some updates or fixes, like the front room and blinds, it was bright. The place was quiet and clean.

The UnitFairly well stocked with kitchen supplies. The refrigerator is a good size. The bedrooms are good sized. The master bath is huge. Well stocked with beach supplies especially if you have kids but this limits patio space. The beach is on the crescent of Siesta Key so keep that in mind. You are at Public Beach access #13. If you have your own tent or umbrella, I’d bring it. The private boundary extends only so far. So if you pay for chairs and umbrellas there will be people in front of you. Which is the main reason for my rating. The parking spot is probably the most technical to get in. It’s surrounded by 4 pillars so backing in is a must. The master bed had dirt or coffee grounds on it upon arrival. They doProvide login ins for some streaming services.

The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean & well stocked. They have plenty of beach supplies but I opted to pay 10 for a comfy beach chaise. The host is very responsive. The sunset view is spectacular. Grab a glass of wine (and they have wine glasses) and enjoy.

Beach stay

This was our first time going to Siesta Keys. We loved the area and our condo was just perfect. It had everything we needed and just a short walk to the beach. We will return!

What a great place! Communication was great. Unit was a described and pictures were up to date. Comfy beds, all the cooking items you could imagine and more. Master bath was amazing and views to the gulf were what we needed. 2 couples with plenty of quiet space if needed. Resort facility was clean and secure. Amazing recovery after multiple hurricane hits only a year earlier.
