- Maximum occupancy: 6 people (including visitors and common areas)

- Non-smoking unit. No pets allowed

- One assigned parking space; limited guest parking first-come, first-serve. Assigned spot is tight, not ideal for larger vehicles

- Parking restrictions: no boats, motorcycle, trailers, jet skis, oversized or commercial vehicles allowed.

- Beach may be crowded during peak times (beyond owner control)

- Elevator will be out of service starting Sept 28, 2027 for about 6 weeks.

-Round-trip airport transportation included for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation (driver tip appreciated)

-Activities subject to availability and change; non-cumulative and non-transferable

-Not available for stays of 25 nights or longer
