The villa is about a 100 yard or 2 to 3 minute walk to the entrance of an amazing part of private area of Siesta Key Beach. Only guests of the complex are on this part of the beach!
There are beach chairs and loungers provided at the beach entrance for your use and a bathroom is also at the beach entrance for convenance.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, kitchen island, toaster, and all the dishes and utensils you'll need to craft delectable meals. Savor your culinary creations at the dining table, or step out onto the private porch to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze.
When it's time to relax, sink into the comfort of the smart TV with satellite/cable channels, or take a refreshing dip in the huge outdoor pool. We spent our honeymoon here and it everything we hoped for! The host was super nice and responded very quickly if we had a question about anything! The property itself was right by the beach and within walking distance of everything! Would stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, and all of the recommendations provided made our trip even more enjoyable. Ruth was incredible—she guided us throughout the island and was always helpful with suggestions on places to visit, eat, and explore. Her hospitality truly made our experience special. We enjoyed our stay and love Siesta Key. The villa was clean, comfortable and had what we needed. We loved that we could walk to the beach and it was convenient to be able to park in front of the villa. We highly recommend.

Beautiful villa, clean, cozy, nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen to cook family meal. Outdoor shower is great, allowing to rinse the sand before entering the unit. There is a shower at the beach too. Ruth is a wonderful host. Check in was seamless. She also provided recommendations on the area, activities and restaurants. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Our host Ruth was amazing - she replied quickly and answered our questions timely. The unit was exactly as described, clean, fresh and had everything we needed. Quick walk to the beach along with the pool. Excellent stay!

Ruth is a fantastic host and very helpful!! The Villa is completely updated, nice and bright and very clean!! The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. She has beach towels for guests which was very convenient. Can't wait to return next year!!

Great place for vacation on Siesta Key!
This place is conveniently located and a short walk to the beach! The home has everything you need for a short stay. Comes with beach towels, chairs, umbrella and other beach toys. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay.

We recently moved to beautiful Sarasota from New Jersey. We have owned condos on Siesta Key for 30 years. We currently have two condos on the beach side of Siesta Key. We recently purchased this condo at Casa Blanca and are so excited to start renting. We do not have many reviews because we just started renting , but you are welcome to look at our review of our other condo. It will show you that we are dedicated owners who want to give our guests the best possible experience. We are always available via call, text or email. We are so excited to have our guests enjoy our new Villa at Casa Blanca.

When we saw Casa Blanca we loved the location. Convenient to everything Siesta Key has to offer. We also loved the idea of a private home on the beach side. You can park right in front, and in just steps your toes and be in the soft white sand. It is like a private home on the beach. No elevator or stairs, you have a large private screened lanai to enjoy meals, drinks or just read a book. There are beach chairs provided free of charge right on the beach so no need to lug chairs to the beach.

You have your own home, no one above or below you. Easy access all one level and parking is right in front of villa. You have a private lanai and also a private newly brick paver patio to sit and relax. This is your own villa steps to the beach, but your own house not a condo with attached walls and far away parking.
