Grand Lake, like much of Colorado, has received an above average amount of snow this year. We weren't aware this guest was bringing a trailer, and we weren't alerted by the guest after they arrived that this was an issue for them. Had we known, we certainly would have worked to clear more of the driveway for them during their stay. Guests are provided multiple ways to reach us, including a 24/7 guest services phone number, should they have any questions or concerns before, during or after their stay.

We do want to note that our property is part of a managed community, and from time to time there may be maintenance staff, vendors, or service personnel on-site during the day. While we strive to minimize any disruptions, there are occasional deliveries or property services that occur in the evenings as well. Our team works to ensure the property is well-maintained and ready for every stay. We appreciate feedback like this as it helps us continue to improve the experience for everyone. We’re thrilled to hear that our cabin’s location, fire pit, furnishings, and well-stocked kitchen are enjoyed by our guests. We want future guests to know that we take cleanliness and readiness very seriously. Our team works hard to ensure the cabin is fully prepared, and we have a dedicated process to provide fresh linens and towels promptly. In rare instances where timing issues arise, we act quickly to resolve them, as we did here. For transparency, we do have owners that occasionally stay on-site in a different cabin, as well as a small, friendly dog. Our goal is always to be respectful of our guests’ privacy. We are confident that with these details in mind, guests can enjoy a comfortable, well-appointed stay in a beautiful location!
