Condo 233 på Cinnamon Beach har det bedste fra begge verdener !! Du vil nyde den smukke havudsigt, udsigt over Jack Nicklaus prisvindende Ocean Course og på mindre end et minut tæerne vil være i sandet !!!

Denne rummelige enhed har 3 soveværelser og 2 fuld bade. Master Suite har en komfortabel kingsize-seng med HD fladskærms-TV. Føreren bad finder du et boblebad og separat bruseniche.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and beautiful landscaping with nearby amenities (restaurants,groceries,retail stores).Our unit was relatively clean and maintained. We didn’t mind doing a bit of housekeeping. It wasn’t clear as to how involved the property management company would be concerning maintenance (light bulbs,tv remotes,appliances) however, we were too busy to ask. The beach chairs,umbrellas and pool toys were not advertised for availability, we found them in a front bedroom closet on day three. All in all, a very good vacation spot, next time we’ll ask more questions of management!

Condo needs an update

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fifth time visiting Cinnamon Beach and our least favorite property to rent. The size and location of the condo were good. We couldn’t even sit on the living room couch or chairs because you would sink right into them. The pillows in one of the bedrooms were completely flat. The mattresses in the two guest rooms were extremely uncomfortable and no one slept well. A large portion of the condo has carpet and it was stained and smelly. The dryer broke while we were there and it wasn’t fixed so that we could wash and dry clothes prior to leaving. There were other little issues like a shower door that wouldn’t close and a toilet that kept running water. For the price we pay to stay in a condo here, we expect much more comfortable accommodations like we’ve experienced in other condos. If the furniture was updated, new flooring, new mattresses and new paint were added I think it would be a much better place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was great, clean, welcoming, and we enjoyed the overall location. The beach was rocky so hard to swim with kids. We were just disappointed it was not clear when booking that they have a "quiet pool" (the pool with the best view looking over the ocean): this was a major reason why we booked it there and was not able to use it. Apparently, no kids allowed and you have to be quiet. The other pool was open for families but didn't get the view that is portrayed. In addition, you can't have pool toys (management was very strict on this). FYI for families ....

Great location.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Carpeting needs a good cleaning or replacement. Very responsive management, I had a small problem and Crystal responded right away.

Cinnamon Beach is a great vacation spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Beautiful location and amenities. Rental agent was great...especially the property manager, Crystal. We loved the convenience of this property to the beach and pool area. The view from our balcony was beautiful and we enjoyed eating our meals outside and taking in the scenery. We loved the location of the condo and overall it was clean and well-equipped. However, it is in need of updating.Cons: Really needs an overhaul. The carpet was stained, pillows and mattresses especially in the MB need to be replaced. We did not have bathmats or wash cloths and kitchen towels and pot holders needed to be replaced. When I brought these to the managers attention she was very helpful and quick to respond. Would also suggest adding a ceiling fan on the patio. Such an inexpensive addition but one that would add to the comfort level when using the balcony. We will stay at this property again but not in this unit unless it is updated. Thanks!

Great space

The condo had all the space we needed for 2 families with a beautiful view of the golf course and ocean. They provided lots of towels/linens but there was a lack of pillows, which was weird. The pillows we did have were as flat as a pancake so not super comfortable to sleep. There was also a lack of kitchen cookware, no baking sheets, and the ice maker didn't work so we had to buy ice for the coolers and drinks. The beach was pretty and a great location between Flagler Beach and St. Augustine.

I was very impressed with all the kitchen supplies for cooking meals (had a slow cooker). Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The views are picture perfect, and the condo was awesome. The only suggestions I would make are: please consider cleaning out the closet space in the twin bedroom, it’s not usable. Please consider getting a larger trash can for the kitchen. Please consider large beach items such as chairs to be stored on the balcony. The space in the entry isn’t large enough for 5 beach chairs and beach tent.

We were a party of 5, and up to 6 for the last couple days. The kitchen could have had a few more pots and pans as we cooked most nights, but we made due with what was there. There were more beach "toys" than expected. The couch sleeper wasn't very comfortable, but was better than the floor. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, a nice stay.
