Thank you for your feedback. We will certainly consider your suggestions for the grab bar and railing. The trash service we use is a weekly pickup and not after every stay, so if there are two different groups at the house in the same week, there can be trash in the cans sometimes. It's a rural location and service is only available weekly. The carpets are professionally cleaned on a regular basis and they have already been scheduled for an upcoming cleaning this month, so any soiling has probably already been addressed. We do ask guests to refrain from wearing shoes in the house, but unfortunately some disregard the request. Cleanliness is very important to us and we are sorry the carpets did not meet your expectations and we will do our best to improve. Our cleaning fee goes toward the cost of not only cleaning the house and resetting it for the next guest but also the laundering of tons on towels and linens. This entire process is done regardless of whether a booking is for 2 nights or 10 nights. Again thank you for your feedback as it helps us to provide a great guest experience.
