Thanks so much for your review Heather ;) We do try our best to explain what each home does and does not have available both in our listing descriptions, house rules, rental agreement, and many greeting messages to you however we understand these things can be missed and we will see what we can improve on here for future stays. Our local city does not offer trash pickup for vacation rentals in Big Bear hence the free local trash site and our provided trash bags when you arrived. (There were multiple in each can liner on arrival day however we understand they may have been used over the course of your visit) We do sincerely hope to host you again for another visit to earn a full five star review!
