We sincerely apologise that hand towels were missing and that only one tea towel was provided. We do wish you had contacted our office during your stay, as our team would have been more than happy to arrange for additional linen to be delivered promptly. Regarding pool towels, these are not included in the standard linen package, as outlined in the property description prior to booking. They are available to hire for an additional $8 per towel. We were also concerned to read about the bedside lamp. Did you happen to report this to our office during your stay? We would have arranged for it to be removed immediately for safety reasons and organised a replacement where possible. We also appreciate your comments regarding kayak access. While the property enjoys a beautiful waterfront position, we understand that the rock breakwall made launching your kayaks less convenient than anticipated. The pool is serviced on a weekly schedule by our professional pool technician. That said, once the pool has been cleaned, if the cover isn’t replaced promptly, leaves can naturally fall in — particularly given our coastal location. There is a pool scoop available at the property for guests to easily remove any leaves between scheduled services. We do wish you had contacted our office during your stay regarding the BBQ. Had we been made aware, we would have immediately arranged for the cleaner to return and attend to it for you. We always prefer the opportunity to rectify concerns in real time so you can fully enjoy your stay. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and will certainly take your comments on board.
