Hi Toni, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so pleased to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay at Azzurra, and that you found the home clean, well maintained, and in such a fantastic location. It’s always great to know guests make the most of the direct beach access, even with the steps. We appreciate your suggestion regarding a clothes drying rack or line and will certainly look into this for future guests. In regard to the bins, we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused during your stay. We can confirm that your messages and phone call were responded to by our team, and a contractor was arranged to attend the property. He reported that the recycling bins were full and required emptying, which is why those were cleared. He also inspected the general waste bin at the time and did not report any issues requiring collection, including no signs of maggots as requested. That said, we do understand how unpleasant this situation would have been and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We will review this internally with our contractor to ensure clearer reporting and follow-up in future. Thank you again for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you otherwise had a lovely stay. We hope to welcome you back again in the future. Stay Port Stephens Team
