Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that you found the condo comfortable and enjoyed the community amenities. Regarding the check-in process and directions to the main gate, we appreciate your insight and will work on providing clearer directions to enhance the check-in experience for our guests. We understand that traffic can be challenging in the area, especially during peak times. We're pleased that once you settled in, everything went smoothly. Thank you for this wonderful feedback. We're delighted to hear that you liked the house. We hope to see you soon and thank you for choosing us. Regarding the door, that's why we sent you the property address so you could find it. The code didn't work because you were at the wrong door.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you found the condo nice, clean, and well-appointed! Regarding the charge for the cleaning, we want to clarify that our housekeeping team always checks the properties we manage after checkout for any damages or stains. The stain in question wasn’t found before your check-in, and while the photo wasn’t dated, housekeeping did inform us that the stain wasn't there before your stay. We understand your concerns, but we rely on the team’s reports to ensure the property is in good condition for all guests. We appreciate your understanding and encourage future guests to take photos upon arrival for peace of mind. - Jr
