The Space:
If you are looking for a warm and cozy place to go home to as you go around Dubai this is the ideal home for you!

The apartment radiates modern design which includes elevated features such as floor-to-ceiling windows with unbeatable views, open kitchen, complete with hi-speed internet, and cable TV.

The immaculate living space is delicately adorned with a comfortable couch that is paired with a lovely glass coffee table, the lovely décor finishes off the space. Watch your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV while unwinding in this inviting area.

With an open kitchen nearby, cooking, eating, and lounging becomes a continuous energetic flow.

Fall asleep onto the comfortable queen bed with hotel-quality linens and a soft mattress. The bathroom has fluffy towels with essentials you may need with a welcome pack upon your arrival!

Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station, the DMCC Metro Station is an 8-minute drive. This connects to the Tram Station that can get you around in Dubai.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

***Please be advised that there will be maintenance and renovations taking place in the common area from 04th September 2024 to 05th October 2024 within 08:30am to 05:30pm.
During this process, you may experience minor noise disturbance owing to the ongoing work and sincere apologies are extended in advance as per the facility management.
