Stay in a spacious 1-bedroom condo during the FIFA World Cup 2026™ at Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums in the Midtown and Buckhead area of Atlanta. Located just one block from Peachtree Street, this property offers convenient access to MARTA for easy travel to Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

This 1BR/1BA condo includes a separate bedroom, full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, premium bedding, and fast internet. A Roku HDTV in each room allows you to stream matches throughout the tournament.

Bi-weekly cleaning with fresh linens and towels, utilities, and one free parking space are included. The layout is ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for more space than a hotel.

With restaurants, grocery stores, and Midtown attractions nearby, this is a comfortable and convenient home base for your stay.

Pets

We love four-legged guests! We can host up to 2 small-to-medium pets per unit. To get started, let us know your pet's breed, weight, and age at least 3 days before arrival via the Guest Check-in & Lodging Agreement. Please note that Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted.

Cats are welcome with prior written approval, but must be declawed. Clawed cats are not permitted due to furniture damage. Guests are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damage caused by their pet(s), regardless of whether the animal is a Registered Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal.

Pet fees are not included in your original booking price and are added after approval. Stays under 45 days are charged a one-time $55 fee. Stays of 45 days or more are charged $55 per month.

During your stay, please keep your pet from disturbing neighbors. If a scheduled cleaning is taking place, pets must be secured or removed from the unit for the duration. If an accident occurs, please notify us right away so we can help. Guests are responsible for all damage, soiling, or excessive hair left by their pet(s).

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

The place to stay, no question!

We have come to Atlanta for 6 years for baseball tourneys for our boys and have stayed in places other than hotels but without a doubt this has been the most comfortable, clean and truly amazing stay to date! We cannot give a single thing that wasn't top notch! Very comfortable place….I will forever praise and if I come back this is my new must stay! Home away from home

We lived 4 days in a 1 bedroom BCA apartment, when moving our daughter to SCAD dorm for her first year. Every detail in kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room were thought off. We were able to cook breakfast, enjoy evenings with Netflix, pretty close to SCAD, everything in Midtown. The communication is great, too. We will definitely stay here whenever we come back for our daughter. Thank you Team BCA Response: Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Great long term stay

Working out of town can be difficult when you can't find the right place to stay, but the BCA team and their properties made it feel like I was right at home. Excellent

The apartment is well designed, but please repair the concrete near the door Team BCA Response: Thank you for letting us know about the crack in the concrete. Luckily, we know that the crack is not doing any damage to the building nor preventing anyone from using the steps. We do want the outside of the building to match our well-designed interiors and our maintenance team is working on a resolution.

Lovely Apartment

I overall very much enjoyed my stay with BCA furnished apartments! I thought the apartment itself was lovely. I loved the privacy and location of the apartment. It was well furnished and made me feel like home while I was there. I already voiced some of my check in complaints and those do not need to be dwelt on. My apartment had some cleanliness issues. My duvet cover in the master bedroom had some strange stains on it that I only noticed about a week after I began my stay. I hand washed it and I believe they are removed now, but it was still a little icky. Some of the pots and the baking sheet also had some stains and such on them. Again I tried to wash them and I believe they are as clean now as possible. These are relatively small issues though. I mostly enjoyed everything. There are lots of restaurants and museums within walking distance so you can leave your car parked most of the time.
