Lovely spot at Kiawah

With a great view high above the beach, this unit is spacious and well-appointed for a relaxing stay on Kiawah.

Great Location and Beautiful Villa

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. You can see the ocean from two bedrooms and the main room. Sitting on the deck and watching the waves is so peaceful. Well stocked with supplies. Only needed a little extra cleaning - blinds and primary shower.

Fabulous location, condo is beautiful. Door code didn’t work on arrival which was frustrating and delayed getting into the unit. Also air conditioning was broken. Condo was uncomfortably warm the first night until HVAC person arrived the next morning to fix it.

Fun 4th of July

Property was as advertised. The front door (and ONLY door) had a loose handle. The door jammed shut and we had an anxious few minutes as we were LOCKED IN the villa and family members returning from the beach were locked out. The property manager quickly had a repair team at the villa so it ended up OK.

New Favorite Home Away From Home!

Everything about this property is fabulous! The pictures and description almost don't do it justice! The views are stunning, the amenities are generous, and the location is perfect! Nothing disappointed us about this property. The property managers were extremely responsive in the one issue we encountered. They prepared us well for what to expect, check-in was easy and smooth, and check-out was a breeze! They layout, living space, kitchen, bedrooms, and baths were more than sufficient for our group of five women. The light in this corner unit makes you feel as if you're outside (but without the bugs and humidity)! I can't recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful. It is located in a fantastic location on the beach with easy access to the boardwalk. The views were amazing!! The only reason I did not give this home 5 stars across the board for a few reasons. 1. With 8 people in the home we did a lot of cooking. We thought the utensils and the basic necessities of the kitchen (knives and cooking pans specifically) were either lacking or should have been replaced with better quality. 2. Some of the living room seating should be replaced as they are very uncomfortable for seating. 3. The outdoor furniture was rusty and old.

Favorite Island

Initially when we walked in, we were disappointed because of the limited ocean view. However, didn't take long and we adapted and grateful for the view we had. Very clean unit, well supplied and as always thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the island. Our favorite location!

Nicely renovated property on oceanfront

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The renovations include pretty much everything you can see. The kitchen and baths are very nice and the entire unit was well cleaned. Check in/out was all done remotely and using a tablet provided once inside. Windswept is a great location and this building has an elevator which is important if moving heavy luggage. Good views of the ocean from this unit and the balcony. We also saw deer, rabbits, and other wildlife while sitting outside. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the villa. Nicely furnished and great location. My only concern is the cleaning staff needs to spend a little more time cleaning the unit. As I told a representative of Akers Ellis, the freezer had spilled food and mildew in it which we cleaned ourselves. There was sand all over the master bed spread and the rug in the master bath had dirt and pine straw on it when we arrived. Other than these few things the unit and customer service was great and I would definitely stay here again.

Great view, great location

Loved the location and so close to the beach. Really impressed with the renovation, all the units need some upgrading! Great having the 3rd bedroom for our granddaughter.

Perfect location and size

Great location at East Beach. Condo was clean and comfortable. Very true to pictures and description online. We comfortably fit 6 adults.

Exceptional condo

This has to be one of the best condos in the windswept villas. A great private unit, with great views. Well located on the island with equal easy access to both the east and west sides of the island. Would absolutely choose to stay in this exact unit again.

Wonderful stay on Kiawah Island

This property was clean and well stocked. The pictures are accurate and location is great. We enjoyed the option for beach gear. We got the bikes and biked all over on the trails and the beach. Such a fun trip!
