Thank you, Patrick! We're delighted The Villas by the Sea #3 was such a quiet, clean, and well-stocked retreat, and that you enjoyed being close to the restaurants, live music, and beach access points. Outstanding. Small cozy place with everything you need to be home away from home. Joseph was a huge help with answering any questions I had prior to my first trip to Bradenton Beach. Only recommendation I would have is the pool could be vacuumed a couple times during the week. No biggie though. Very clean and very comfortable. Perfect for 2 people. We will be booking this unit again next year.

It was the perfect place for us to stay while attending a wedding and reception on Anna Maria Island. We liked the convenience of the location and took advantage of the quick walk to a beautiful beach. We liked the heated pool, especially renting in January. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was the perfect place and size for just the two of us. We walked the Cortez bridge every day for exercise along with great walks on the beach. The property was in a perfect area which was close to everything and walking distance to a lot of places! We walked to Bridge street every night. We just love this area and will definitely be back.

Easy to find and get in on our own! Short walk to the beach, provided two beach chairs, and beach towels! Pool was warm and nice to swim in with temps in mid-60s! Short walk to Bridge St for food, drinks, and shopping. Great off street parking and perfect location for a short drive to Anna Maria Island!!

Perfect for our stay. Just right for a couple. Lovely decor. Very clean. The only issue was the pool. I only went in once and it was in need of cleaning and the water was very low. Apparently it had a leak. That was a disappointment. Location is great! Walking distance to beach and restaurants.

Thank you, Terry! We're so glad The Villas by the Sea was a perfect fit for you and your partner — lovely decor, clean, and a great walkable location to the beach and restaurants is exactly what we aim for. We do sincerely apologize for the pool situation; a leak is never something guests should have to deal with, and we understand how disappointing that was. The issue has since been addressed. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back for a stay where the pool delivers the way it should!
