Our stay with Kent and Stacie was exceptional! The villa was cozy and the amenities provided were perfect! The theatre room and arcade was a huge hit with the kiddos and the pool was clean and inviting on those hot days. Would definitely stay again!

Last year we went on a Disney cruise so I asked our three granddaughters; "Which do you like the best and they each said, "This house" Their reasons were our own bedrooms, our own pool and all of the neat games.Without going into all of the details, this house simply exceeded all of our exceptions with no problems and to top it off, Stacie was a delight to work with. We had a great vacation.

The property is located about 16 minutes from all of your major Disney parks and makes it quick and easy to reach them. This keeps you out of the main Orlando traffic, which is a bear to navigate with bumper to bumper traffic from sun up to sundown. This is an excellent location.The home was big and nice with amenities to occupy our kids and every adult in our family. Everyone enjoyed the game room. I believe the theatre room was a favorite and, of course, the pool. The home is a conveniently located near a Publix and familiar fast food restaurants as well as not so known restaurants for us like Miller’s Brewhouse. The host was excellent with communicating regarding any issues that arose and immediately worked on the resolution. Our entire family had a blast and the most important thing to us all was having quality time together under one roof. We loved our stay and would highly recommend the rental.

House is as advertised. Some things are worn but no worse than what you would expect from a rental property and what was is very minor to us. New carpeting upstairs. Cleaners did good job cleaning. Missed a few things but nothing serious or even worth mentioning. . Other posts say things did not work ie tvs theater room but we did not have that experience. Everything was operational and no issues. Thought pool would be a lil bigger but still a good size for our group(8) and was clean and maintained. Plenty of dishes bowls etc in kitchen. House is very close to resort clubhouse so you can walk if you want. Owners respond relatively quick if you have questions. Overall good stay and good experience. Would recommend. We dont go to Florida often but when we do if house was available we would stay again.

Property is just as advertised. Clean, spacious and well equipped. The children loved the pool, games room and movie theatre. Nice to be within walking distance of the clubhouse. Hosts Stacie and Kent were incredibly kind and efficient.

We loved staying at this property there was plenty to keep the kids occupied and adults to have a nice relaxing time. They were super accommodating as well when I asked to extend our stay and always got back to me within minutes. 10/10 will stay here again!

The heater in the pool was an extra charge and was broken. The filter was missing from the pool, so it was dirty and cold. The use of the grill was also an extra charge. The kitchen floor was dirty and so were the dishes in the cupboard. The pictures are dated and the game room is tired and the games are in rough shape.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear parts of your stay didn't meet expectations, and we'd like to provide some context for future guests reading this review. Regarding extra charges: All fees — including pool heating and grill use — are clearly outlined in the property description prior to booking. These are offered as optional add-ons rather than built into the nightly rate, because not every guest wants or needs them. We believe this is a fairer approach that keeps base rates lower for guests who don't require those extras, while still making them available for those who do. Regarding the pool: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. A valve issue occurred between stays, which is why previous guests experienced no problems. As soon as we were made aware of the pool heater concern, it was repaired the following day. It's worth noting that the pool heater was the only issue reported to us during the entire stay — had anything else been brought to our attention, we would have been just as quick to address it. We can't promise perfection, but we absolutely promise to work hard to resolve any issues that come up. Regarding cleanliness: We hold our property to a high standard and take these comments seriously. However, the pool heater was the only concern raised with us during the entire stay. We simply can't fix what we don't know about until after a guest has already left — had these concerns been communicated to us, we would have been happy to address them immediately. This feedback has been shared with our cleaning team for future stays. Regarding the photos and game room: We understand photos are subjective, though we do note they accurately represent the space. The game room features two full arcade cabinets, multiple gaming consoles connected to three 55" TVs, air hockey, and foosball — we feel it offers a great experience for guests. One update not yet reflected in the photos is the newer carpet installed throughout the home.

The house was so spacious for our group of 14. We had a bit of a hiccup getting through the community gate but the host was very responsive and quick to fix. Plenty of kitchen tools and small appliances. Very clean and organized. Towels are limited so I would bring extra if you plan on using the pool. Overall great stay and great quality for the price.

House was great. Few minor things but the host took care of most things. We would definitely stay here again. The kids and adults had so much fun in the pool and the game room. We also enjoyed watching family movies in the theater room.

Family Vacation

We loved it would love to stay here again we had 16 people, and you would never know that 16 people were in the house, very spacious and a lot to do

We booked this house for a family celebration weekend bringing in my birthday! We had an amazing time. House is even prettier in person! So spacious. Host are very responsive. Definitely recommend

Annual getaway

Really enjoyed our stay the home was as advertised. Ive stayed at many vacation homes in the past and this was one of the cleanest ive encountered.
