We’re glad you enjoyed the unit! Please note that the 2 consecutive hurricanes that hit our beach community were public knowledge. We do have a disclaimer on our site, that just as you state mentions amenities may not be available so if an amenity is important to you, why not ask? The information is constantly evolving, and we have updated the property description accordingly as information is provided to us while our community recovers. We hope you understand & thank you for being our guest.

Thank you for your fantastic review and for making this part of your annual trip! We're so happy to hear you found the unit clean, comfortable, and enjoyable enough that you plan to look for it again next year. We appreciate you letting us know about the small flying bugs near the kitchen sink. In Florida's warm climate, drain flies can occasionally appear, and we're sorry they affected your stay. We'll have our team inspect and treat the drains to help prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you again for your kind words. We truly appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming you back next year!

That's great you found the location to be awesome & good furnishings in the condo! We truly wish you would've followed your check-in & checkout procedures and contacted our maintenance team to report any dissatisfaction & most importantly as it states for assistance during your stay, yet we never heard from you at all. We wish you all the best.

It is amazing to hear this was your best vacation so far & you had a great time!! We're so happy you found the location to be perfect, the condo was spacious, and you had everything you needed! That’s fabulous you enjoyed the great condo & location! You can’t beat the convenience of being steps away from the beach, restaurants as well as Sunglow Pier! Thank you for being such lovely guests and we thank you for your 5 star review!

That’s nice to hear that you enjoyed the great location as well as the poll & hot tub! We apologize if the cleaners did not leave the proper amount of towels and we thank you for following your procedures for this item and we quickly informed you that you can get towels from the front desk which you did, problem quickly solved! We offered to send our outsourced cleaners immediately back out to easily address any dust you claim was there but you declined allowing them to come back. Your words exactly were, “I'd rather not have them come in the room. Just wanted someone aware”. Please note they wouldn’t have left dust on the bed but you did not state that was your issue with it and again declined the offer. 🤔 We are quite baffled by the remainder of your review as this is the 1st we are hearing any of this from you. You were able to email about 2 items so you were aware of our procedures yet chose to ignore them though we find these items to be false after your departure which makes sense why you would not want us to address it during your stay or even bring it up to us. As you can see in previous reviews, other guests disagree with your claims and love this condo. We wish you all the best Heather.

We appreciate your compliment since communication is very important to us! We’re pleased you found check-in very easy and enjoyed the nice, quiet & convenient location. Thank you for being our guests and we thank you for your 5 star review!

That’s’ great you found the condo to be a nice place and you liked the fully stocked kitchen! Please keep in mind that bed preference can vary based on the individual and you are the 1st to describe such about the bedding. Also please note that when renting from a private owner, furnishings and décor are at the owner’s discretion. There is a very detailed description of the property as well as pictures so you can clearly see the balcony & where it faces, we’re sorry you missed that. We’re happy you were impressed with the closet, beach goodies & all in all it was a lovely 8 days! 🧡We hope to have you back & thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

We couldn’t be happier you had a perfect stay at this beautiful condo and had everything you needed! We’d love to have you as our guest again & we thank you for your 5 star review!
