Host communicated very well. Unit had everything we needed. The resort itself is always very nice. Having stayed in other units in the building at a better rate for more room, a little cleaner & updates, I felt the nightly fee should be cheaper for this unit. But overall my family & I were satisfied.

Our short stay in Daytona

This condo was nice and roomy. We had an Oceanfront room and enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the sunsets. We had a couple hiccups with our stay but nothing to really mention on this review. The management made sure that we were completely happy with our stay and we were!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the resort overall, but we’re very sorry for the issues you encountered in your room. What you described with the toaster, blinds, oven door, and TV setup is not the standard we aim to provide, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been during your stay. We also apologize that the repair was not resolved during your visit. This is not the experience we want for our guests, and we will be addressing these maintenance concerns with our team immediately to ensure they are properly resolved and better prevented in the future. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve. Thank you again for staying with us.

Nothing spectacular, but for the cost it was just fine. I will say it was not very clean, with a few bugs and other things, but it's a beach condo, so it is what it is.

Main bedroom and the living room had amissing rod and broken / bent blinds. This was an issue that we raised to the property manager. They asked us to take and send them pictures which we did (attached). We requested a small refund for the inconvenience. The property manager took over a week to get back to us but declined to honor the request. I highly recommend renting another unit in the same building. We rented 2 condos and this one was in WAY worse condition than the other one located on the 3rd floor.
