Regarding the parking, I completely agree that those spaces can feel a bit "crammed in," especially with larger vehicles; it’s one of those quirks of the older, charming layouts on the island. I also sincerely apologize for the lack of soundproofing between the units. Hearing a neighbor's snoring definitely wasn't on the itinerary! Since your stay, we have been looking into adding some acoustic treatments to that shared wall to help ensure a more peaceful environment for future guests. We're also glad you found our office staff customer friendly and that, overall, you had an excellent stay. We appreciate you letting us know about the missing hair dryer – that's an oversight we will correct immediately. We also value your notes regarding the laundry location clarity and the suggestion for an internal bug zapper; these are helpful points we will consider for future improvements.

We're very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, especially regarding the coffee pot and the amenities. We provide all guests with a list of starter supply amenities prior to arrival to help them plan and avoid any shortages. This list details what's included and what guests may want to bring or purchase for longer stays. We also want to assure you that our team is always ready to assist right away with any concerns guests might have. We didn't receive any communication from you during your stay about these issues. Had we known, we would have immediately addressed them, including the hot water in the kitchen or any missing supplies. Our property was completely renovated after devastating hurricanes, and we've put a tremendous amount of effort into making it as comfortable and accommodating as possible for our guests. We're constantly working to improve and truly regret that your experience wasn't what it should have been. We hope you'll consider staying with us again so we can provide you with a much better experience.

Sorry about the parking. We do ask that everyone just use one spot and park as neatly as possible. With just two buildings, you aren't far at all from either side of the lot

Regarding the signage and unit confusion, we understand your experience. We've recently reviewed our signage and are working on improvements to make locating specific units easier, especially at night. We also appreciate you mentioning the helpfulness of the Dream Vacations representative. It's true that West End Paradise isn't within walking distance of restaurants. However, we do provide information on nearby dining options at check-in, and many fantastic restaurants are just a short drive away. We're happy to hear you found the living area and screened porch spacious. We acknowledge the bedroom and bathroom might be on the smaller side, which is typical for some of our one-bedroom suites. We encourage guests to review the detailed descriptions and photos of each unit type before booking to ensure a perfect fit for their needs. Thank you again for your review.
