September trip

We had an awesome time in PCB! Gerald went over and above. He was able to get us an earlier check in time and we also were able to extend our stay an extra day. Condo had everything we needed. Great views. We will definitely book with Gerald and itrip again!

Room was very nice and clean! We enjoyed the area it was located in, quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great condo on the beach

Everything was great with our stay at this condo. It is right on the beach and the view was beautiful from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Lots to do in the area. Check-in and checkout was very easy and there was good communication from the manager. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area in the future.

Awesome place

Love the commodore! Room was nice but better was the help onsite. Easy to book and anything you need they are quick to help.

The view from the room was great and we love the area. The unit was very clean and easily accessible. The walk to the beach is very short and easy. The starter pack of laundry pods, dishwashing liquid, paper towels and toilet paper was nice. That being said, this unit needs some love. The kitchen was sparsely equipped with cooking utensils and could use some upgrades. The only baking sheet was a large round pizza pan. The sleeper sofa was super uncomfortable as a sofa and I can only imagine the comfort of it as a bed. The bed in the bedroom was very lumpy, noisy and not very comfortable. There were no hangers in the closet, which we purchased and left for the next guest. The pool was closed for a day and a half with no explanation given. The pool and pool deck are undersized in comparison to the facility. Luckily we came in the off season and the pool area wasn’t crowded, but can’t imagine what it is like during peak season. Prior to checkout, we stripped the linens from the bed and discovered a stain of unknown origin on the mattress protector that appeared to have not been laundered prior to our arrival. Overall it was an ok stay, but with the pool situation, I don’t know if we would consider staying here again.

Commodore 902 - PCB

Took a short trip to PCB. Property was well maintained and managed. Our condo had oceanfront views from the living room, kitchen and bedroom. The property was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. We will book again.

Nice views!

We enjoyed our stay at the Commadore. Our condo had a nice view of the ocean. Our bedroom had access to the balcony as well, which was nice. Washer and dryer was a nice bonus. My family would stay here again.

Family Beach Vacation

My daughter and I stayed here in June of 2023 and a great experience! The Property Manager was very responsive and attentive to all of our needs. The room was as pictured, the location was very convenient and we had direct beach access. There were no complaints and we would stay again.

Beautiful PBC

The property management company was great and easy to communicate with. My toilet was leaking and they had someone come out immediately. I absolutely loved where the Commadore is located.

Location is great. Beach was great. Room was dated. The carpet needs to be replaced. There was a "musty" spell when we arrived and remained during our stay.

Fantastic view and great experience

The view is fantastic. The unit was clean, free of mold, and as described. The beach is great - that is what we went for - clean sand, clear water, and not crowded. The amenities were also as described. The management was very responsive. We are giving this five stars. The management took care of for things WHICH ARE NOT in the owner's or management control: While we were there, one of the elevators required repairs which were handled rapidly.

We have stayed at this complex before (on the 11th floor) and it was much more up to date and cleaner. This unit could use updated kitchen and bathroom cabinets and updated shower doors. The livingroom tv is very small and the doors of the armoire in the bedroom wouldn't stay open in order to see the television. The balcony was spacious and nice. The pool was nice and the proximity from the condo to the beach was ideal.

Room 902

Nice condo and enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was in the bathroom off of the bedroom. Had a problem with the sliding shower doors; they kept getting off track. Hope to come back.

Commodore

Very clean rooms upon check-in. All appliances worked great. It’s right across the bay for quick access if you’re looking to go deep sea fishing with Capt. Anderson which I highly recommend. Easy access in and out. Great view of the ocean looking out the balcony, and easy access to the beach which takes less than a minute from your room, elevator and the pool and beach. I definitely recommend the Commodore and I plan on booking another stay next year.
