Only 400 meters from our world famous beach where you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire while watching the sunset. Experience award-winning golf at nearby Seascape or The Links Golf Club. Enjoy a scenic walk or run along the beach boardwalk. Take the golf cart to the beach, shopping, or restaurants located just a block away. The neighborhood’s heated pool** is a short walk away and adjacent to a cornhole field with a picnic area.

Level 3: King Bedroom with Bathroom and Walkout Balcony (sleeps 2) | Bedroom with Twin over Twin and Queen over Queen Bunks and Private Bathroom (sleeps 6) | Laundry Room.

You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's. This access point has parking, handicap ramps, and public restrooms.

4 beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

The home is provided with one golf cart. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver)

The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles.
No RV's, trailers, or oversized vehicles allowed.

**Pool can be heated from October 1 - May 30 for an additional daily fee. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival**

Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions are provided.

If you would like an additional golf cart or electric vehicle we suggest contacting Ecco Motors. They will deliver any electric vehicle and bicycles to ALL of our locations! Furthermore, they will give you 10% off as well. This means all you have to do is call their phone number and tell them that you are staying with us.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding!

Non Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

Destin We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
