Property was even better than indicated by the photos. However the noise from the groups gathered outside the building at all hours was intolerable at times. We were on the second floor so probably not an issue on the higher floors.

We stayed in Hoboken, which is a beautiful city in New Jersey. Our stay was amazing!The Vrbo was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed — from plenty of towels to extra pillows and fresh, clean sheets.The location was extremely convenient, with a store, pizza place, and dollar store all within very close proximity. It made our stay even easier and more enjoyable.We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place. We would happily stay here again!

Great location! Walkable neighborhoods and easy, convenient access to Manhattan. Nice size for family with 3 separate bedrooms.

Great location close to the PATH to Manhattan. Spacious and clean. The only issue is that the entrance to the building is next to a c-store/vape shop that attracts a crowd that is not ideal when you come and go, and they are especially loud late on the weekends. Nothing to worry about, just annoying.

Place was very clean & had everything we needed. It is on the 5th floor so be prepared for lots of steps. First couple nights were a bit noisy from the people hanging outside the building down below but it quieted down after that. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Thanks!

Perfect location for our nyc vacation !

It was the perfect location for our vacation. The house was comfy and clean. The host was very good with communication. We loved our stay!!

Fabulous location. Easy in and out of Manhattan via the Path train. Great food nearby!!!

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful, huge, super clean apartment. A decent walk to and from the main drag in Hoboken, but worth it for what you are getting. Fantastic space.

Birthday Stay

Apartment was clean and well maintained and within 20 minute walk of the PATHway! A group of friends stayed for a birthday celebration in the big Apple. Was easy to navigate and commute to Manhattan. Beds were incredible and had lots of room to lounge and enjoy the space with 5 of us!

Great location-short walk to Path to get into the city. Kitchen and common area were large enough for family if 6 adults. Staff is very responsive and helpful. Personal shout out to Jackson, thank you! I would add that the sofa could use a new version and the back bedroom to the right, window handle needs to be fixed.

Well appointed apartment and ticked all our boxes for party of 6 adults. 15-20 min walk to PATH train into Manhattan and Hoboken well appointed with bars, cafes and restaurants. A few locals loitering around outside but were no harm or nuisance.

Nice 3 bed 2 bath apartment near(ish) to NYC

The property was clean but felt like we were the 1st guests. Dinnerware was still boxed, there was no laundry soap, and the check in felt a bit clunky (not the best word but I don't know how else to describe it). The property was clean and bright. Overall the stay was nice.

The apartment itself was fantastic, local to everything and the host was very quick to answer. However, the area itself wasn't great in terms of noise and people hanging around the outdoor entrance of the building all hours of the day. Wasn't great after long days of sightseeing and wanting an early night.

Great weekend visit

I was in town with my mom and sisters to spend some time in NYC. The place was exceptionally clean and we appreciated the modern touches. Check in was easy and the neighborhood, while a bit noisy, had a lot of friendly people. The place had a strong smell of chlorine which spoke to the level of cleanliness but it was a bit overpowering when entering the unit. We appreciated the proximity to shops and dining and it was easy to secure Ubers to the place. I would definitely recommend this location for those interested in visiting NY as it was easy to get in and out of the city.

Blue Eyes Neighborhood

The apartment was perfect for me, my 16 y.o. grandtr, and her mom! Convenient walk to everything we needed. Access to PATH made our trip to NYC so easy to maneuver. There was some noise in the street at night but we were so tires from the day’s activities it dis not bother us. Leo’s just down the street on 2nd and Grand is highly recommended for a good Italin meal

Clean and spacious property. Communication prior to check in is very good. Hoboken is a walkable city but property is about a 20 minute walk from the Hoboken train station. Property is located next door to a mini mart and laundromat. Residents hang out in front of these properties late into the evening and it’s noisy and you can hear the loud conversations on the street well into the late hours particularly from the back bedrooms. While the residents in the neighborhood gather in front of these shops to chat they are respectful and I did not feel intimidated or in danger coming and going.

This place is nice. I would stay there again.

The location is good. However, there is a heavy perfume type smell in the unit that was very overwhelming and wouldn’t go away. There definitely wasn’t enough towels and the property manager wasn’t communicating well. Overall nice place though.

Family trip to NYC

A trip to celebrate my wife's son's recent graduation. We tried to fit a lot of activities in during 4 days and were somewhat successful. The rental was exactly as described and offered plenty of room for the four of us. The property manager was friendly and helpful. Access to the NYC train was about a 15 minute walk. Overall, I thought this was a very good alternative to a more expensive rental in NYC.

The property was clean. The neighborhood was cute although very loud neighbors across the street. I think there needs to be an update on the rug and couch because they were not comfortable or cleanly.

We Didnt Want to Leave

Our family of 2 teens, 3 young women and 1 elder were so relaxed and happy we just wanted to stay. One rainy day with no firm plans, we just stayed in and played games and relaxed together. Thanks for your swift answers and help with a couple of questions at check-in. We arent quite used to mile walk to PATH or half mile to bus stop, so new experience. Thank you for a really sweet vacation week!
