So relieving to finally find a pool, hot tub, and sauna that were full functioning and clean. The house was clean and up to date. Very comfortable stay. 2 minute walk from beach. The host/management was extremely responsive and allowed an early check-in. I will make every effort to secure this location for future visits.AWESOME

Perfect family vacation

Beautiful , super clean , updated condo within a short walk to the beach. Surrounded by plenty of fun activities close by. We utilized both the outdoor and indoor pools during our stay and appreciated the showers in the pool area to rinse off our beach essentials before returning to the condo. We are already looking forward to another future trip.

Great stay

My family of 4 checked in on 8/18. The condo was very clean. The kitchen had all the things we needed to be able to cook (pots, pans, utensils, and measuring cups). The dining and living room were comfortable. I was so nervous about the beds but they were comfortable and we all slept well! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

We’ve stayed at the Summertree complex for the past 8 years and always rented the same unit as it was our favorite.Well this year that unit was no longer available, and I must say we now have a new favorite place to stay and will definitely be renting this unit again! The check-in/checkout process was seamless. We received all updates about our stay exactly when noted in our reservation and the owners were great with keeping us updated on all communications before, during, and after our stay. The condo was absolutely beautiful and was recently renovated. The kitchen had new cabinets, granite counters, tile back splash and stainless steel LG appliances. The flooring was new LVP in the main living areas and the bedrooms had new cushy carpet. The master bath had also been renovated and the shower was large with dual shower heads, marble, and glass doors. There was also a cute coffee bar which had both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. All beds and furniture were comfortable and this unit was immaculate as far as cleanliness. There were plenty of beach chairs, boards, and toys to use and the drying rack on the master bedroom balcony was very handy for hanging your towels and wet items. This is second floor unit that overlooked the pool. Overall an exceptional experience and highly recommend.

What a wonderful welcome to this unit after so many years at your old favorite! We're so glad the check-in process was seamless and that our communication kept you informed throughout your stay. It means a lot to hear how much you loved the renovated kitchen, the spacious master shower, new flooring, and all the little touches like the coffee bar and beach gear. Knowing our condo has become your new favorite is the best compliment we could ask for. Thank you for such a detailed and kind review!

Great place, mushy mattress

Excellent condo. Well stocked. Short walk to the beach. Master bedroom mattress was our only complaint. Very mushy. As in many of the condos we rented in the area, there is always a secondary bedroom whose window always gets drenched with the light from the constantly lit porch lamps. Buy a black out curtain from Walmart and a spring loaded cafe rod to resolve that issue.

Beach Sun & Sand

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we appreciated how close we were to local restaurants, shops, and attractions while still having a quiet place to unwind. The home was exactly as described, and the host made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay while vacationing in Myrtle Beach. The condo was beautifully renovated, located only a short walk to the beach, and close to a large variety of restaurants, shops and other attractions. The condo itself is located in a quiet, uncrowded area with two great pools. Spacious condo, comfortable beds, stocked with all the essentials and tons of beach items. The beach is large and clean. There was plenty of room for the entire family anytime of the day. Host were great with communication and very friendly. We look forward to our next stay and highly recommend to all others to book your next vacation too.

good place to stay for beach vacation

Clean, kitchen equipped with what you need, washer and dryer available in the unit and that is really what you need for your beach towels. Condo location is very convenient to access the beautiful beach within just 5 min walk, indoor pool with hot jacuzzi on the premises and outdoor pool during summer months. Location, location !!!! is closed to the beach, shopping, restaurants and other atractions. Recommend
