Private pool was amazing. Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and market. Security presence in the neighborhood at night.

A well maintained and furnished place with comfy sofas in and out, and a nice mattress with lots of pillows. The kitchen had abundant appliances and a modern appliances (including a quiet dishwasher), lots of cutlery, cookware, ovenware, and plates and glasses for a large party.The pool was the perfect attraction with floats and noodles, and the gas grill and party hutch and table were our dining focus. The properly was very private, and we could here howler monkeys growl for a while after sunset.The nicely stocked market was a 10 min walk and the beach about another 5 beyond, with plenty of restaurants scattered about. We enjoyed the black sand beach and sometimes went for a swim before sunset. There are golf cart rentals nearby, so I'd plan and alternative to our 2 week car rental next time.The periodically visiting iguana almost entered the house the last day. The concierge service quickly responded when we had a mechanical mishap. We're not sure to thank for the perfect weather. We would happily rent this again.

Great house and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The management company had great communication the whole way through and the concierge was terrific to help fill our special requests!

Perfect Spot

Beautiful home. A quiet and secure property. Close enough to walk to the main street of downtown Surfside for restaurants and grocery. The pool was a great treat for an afternoon cool off after each day of exploring.

Location and Pool!

We absolutely loved staying in tortuga. The house was clean and perfect for our stay. We are moving to Costa Rica and we wanted to stay in a house and have a pool while we searched for a house. The quality of household items were top notch. Towels and cooking supplies etc. The cleaning service was spectacular! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.
