- No parking on the lawn or street. There is a strict 3-car maximum in the driveway
- Guests who exceed the maximum occupancy of 12 guests will be charged an extra fee
- Only registered guests are allowed at the property
- NOTE: Your safety matters. There is a doorbell security camera, located next to the front door, and 2 other cameras facing the side of the house. They do not look into any interior spaces
- NOTE: There is an internal decibel monitoring device. It does not have any cameras
- NOTE: The garage is off-limits for guests
- NOTE: Propane is not provided for the gas grill
- NOTE: Pool is heated complimentarily by a solar system year-round (weather permitting). On sunny days, the pool will be warmer, while less sunny days mean the pool will be cooler
