Located just off of Cordova Street and just a couple of blocks from the St. George Street walking district, this home is surrounded by other beautiful historic homes, quaint tree-covered streets, and is a short walk to the Castillo de San Marcos, magnificent historic churches, museums, and a plethora of restaurants, shops, bars, galleries and antique shops. Park once and never get in your car again!



16 Saragossa Street is recently refurbished and restored in a way that will help you enjoy the rich heritage of the home and surrounding town while also have modern conveniences and everything you need for a great vacation. Enjoy classic and crisp linens, soft towels, and all you need to cook "at home." Gather on the back porch for an evening cookout, and in the family room for a movie on the large screen TV. Wake up to a cup of coffee in the front room looking out over the beautiful street.



**PET POLICY: Only small dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire through the booking platform with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval.

Easy process to book, check in and check out. I appreciated the very detailed information on what would be available to us for paper products, shower items, laundry and dish soap. You couldn’t ask for a better location, so close to the historic area that you could walk easily. For a 2/2 with full kitchen, parking (not on the street) and this location it was well worth it.

The place was very nice, roomy, and clean. There is a driveway with a large parking area in the back. An indoor porch in the front and an outdoor porch in the back with a gas fire and a grill. The kitchen was nicely appointed. The location is right in the heart of the historic district. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great Trip to St. Augustine Historic District

The property was nicer than expected. We had a great communication with the team, a very clean and well-organized property, easy parking access on the property, and the location was perfect. It was right in the heart of the historic district with no need to use the car at all. Everything is walkable. There are loads of good restaurants and sunspots nearby. And it seemed that there was ice cream and waffles on every block!

We loved it. Easy quick walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Very clean and well equipped. The back porch was wonderful for morning coffee and night time wine.
