Linda was quick to respond to any questions we had. Her home was very comfy and a perfect location. She provided us with a lot of helpful information before we arrived including suggestions of restaurants and things to do. We had a great time in St Augustine. Loved her Halloween decorations.

This location was perfect for my groups needs. Walking distance of historic downtown was such a great pleasure. The cafe across the street was also very nice too and being that close to it was also great

The property was beautiful and the little details were amazing (make up towels, shower gel & shampoo/conditioner, Qtips!, coffee, plenty of towels). The information book was so helpful. The property manager was very responsive, professional and fun. Will definitely book this property again!

This property was absolutely charming, with lots of thoughtful touches like a stocked coffee station and snacks in a bowl on the dining room table. The cottage is immaculate, cozy and convenient to the majority of attractions. There is a coffee shop with breakfast sandwiches less than a block away and the trolly stop is less than 2 blocks. It is ideal in every way and we recommend it unreservedly.

The perfect stay in St. Augustine. The home is immaculately clean! The bed was super comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Quiet residential street that feels wonderfully secluded, but is only a few minutes from everything. Will certainly stay here again the next time we are in St. Augustine.

We had a lovely stay! This home is in a great location for all the things to do in St. Augustine. At one point we locked ourselves out of the house and the host was extremely prompt in responding and helping us regain entry. I would recommend staying here if you are traveling to St. Augustine.

Place was very comfortable. Linda our hostess was excellent. Very quick response to any question we had. House was well stocked. The hop on/off trolley was just around the corner which was great. Could walk to St George street area is about 15 mins. Would definitely stay again

This was an adorable bungalow that had all the amenities it was immaculate. The owners could not have been more helpful with anything we wanted was a 10 minute walk into old Saint Augustine. We had a wonderful time and we definitely stay there again. We highly recommend this place.

Great location, can walk everywhere! Great front porch. Wonderful host that thought of everything! Love the Cornerstone Cafe at the end of the block. Peach cobbler around the corner was great.

Such a cool property! No detail left to address! Fabulous coffee bar, bathroom had make up wash cloths and big shower dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Easy walk to the square. Linda, the owner, is fabulous. Very available for questions at any time. We were there for the James Taylor concert at the Amphitheater and getting there was quick and easy. And an incredible concert!!! Took us 10 minutes to get there. Super fun time and place. Would do it all over again!!!

Maybe the best rental home we've ever stayed in. Just beautifully renovated! Excellent location! What a gem. We stayed for a week with our family of 4. This house was an amazing refuge for us after a day at the beach or sightseeing. And our host was fantastic! She recommended great restaurants, attractions and beach rentals. This is going to be a high bar to beat in our next vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at the very cute cottage! The hostess was quick to answer inquiries and even allowed us to check in early. We were close to many historic sites and excellent restaurants. I especially loved having a coffee shop around the corner. Highly recommend!
