The Space:
BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN & SPACIOUS
Step into our meticulously maintained Soulard home and instantly feel at ease. With space for up to 10 guests, it's ideal for families and larger groups. The open layout and comfy seating on the main level create a perfect spot to gather and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped, making cooking simple and convenient.

PRIME LOCATION
Our location is perfect for weekend getaways or longer stays. Walk to the historic Soulard Farmers Market, great restaurants, and lively bars. A quick drive will take you to iconic spots like the Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium, and more St. Louis favorites.

Four spacious bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with quality linens, storage, and charming décor.
Upstairs, the master features a queen bed, chaise lounge, and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bath has a full tub and stocked vanity.
The second bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds, with a second bathroom just across the hall.
Downstairs, the third bedroom celebrates the Cardinals with a themed queen bed, while the fourth is perfect for Blues fans, complete with a queen bed and championship pride.

GAME ROOM
The finished basement doubles as a teen-friendly game room, complete with foosball, TV, and sporty décor. Younger kids have their own play nook with toys, books, and an activity table to keep them entertained.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

GUEST VETTING
ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

NIGHTLY PRICING
Our goal is to provide each guest with a wonderful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

COVID-19 CLEANING CERTIFIED
The entire ABODEbucks team has completed "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and have been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.

HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- Pets are not permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
