Highly recommended. Great communication from management company. Central air conditioning was easy to use and kept the home cool even during 98 degree heat wave. Comfortable king bed with nice linens. All appliances worked well. Appreciated the upstairs washer & dryer. Enjoyed sitting on patio with a drink in the evening. House and garage key pads were straightforward. Great location in The Grove neighborhood near restaurants and Ronald McDonald House. 12 min walk to metro.

Loved the historical charm and updated features of this home. Great location to Midtown and the Missouri Botanical Gardens. It was the perfect set up for our family to come celebrate our daughter's graduation from St. Louis University. We had one minor issue with plumbing, but was immediately fixed.

JZ rentals were great to work with - available and helpful. The house was good size and accommodating. Has inviting well stocked kitchen, beds surprisingly comfortable, and loved having the garage. Well located as easy on/off I-64 close to the zoo and botanical gardens. Overall, a great stay and hope to stay again. Took off one star for combo of things that were not deal breakers: Dead bolt on one of two front doors absent/needs repair (though has knob lock), couch/futon terrible to sit on (worn out), no hooks or closet to hang coats on main floor so coats everywhere:) Also, currently has construction on one side of unit and a trashed/vacant house on other but can tell being worked on - did not bother us.
