We had a wonderful two night stay in the historic downtown apartment. It was a wonderful vibe with a mix of modern conveniences and some historic charm. The kitchen was well supplied with the essentials and the high ceilings gave it a spacious feel. The private back bedroom provided a quiet and comfortable space and having two bathrooms was a plus.

The location on River Street was great. We only drove once during our 4 days and that was to get to the Lake Michigan lighthouse. Food, shopping and interesting sights all within walking distance.
