Beach-2-Green - 3BR condo w/ golf views & pool

Perched directly on the 5th green of the East Golf Course within the gated Sawgrass Country Club, this fully remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo puts you steps from fairways. Sorry, No pets.
 
Living space
The open-concept layout centers on a spacious living area that flows into a chef's kitchen outfitted with granite countertops, a full tile backsplash, Bosch appliances, a deep farmhouse sink, and a large prep island - ideal for group meals. A ceiling fan keeps things comfortable, and the indoor fireplace adds warmth on cooler evenings.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms each offer a private en suite bath. The primary suite has a king bed with a walk-in rainfall shower. The second bedroom also features a king bed with its own walk-in shower. The third bedroom is bunk-room ready with two sets of twin bunk beds and a tub/shower combo - perfect for younger guests.
 
Outdoor living
A screened lanai overlooks lush landscaping and the 5th green - a quiet spot to wind down after a round of golf or an afternoon at the beach.
 
Extras
Self check-in via keypad, washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, fast WiFi, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen make longer stays effortless. We are a Local Host Company.

Lovely condo in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was clean, spacious and had a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, posts and pans. The couches seemed old and in need of replacement. The television in the bedroom doesn’t offer cable but rather an extremely slow and limited roku service. This was useless. They should include a cable service in bedroom as well.

The pictures were as advertised and the condo was in great shape. The showers in both large bedrooms were amazing with plenty of hot water. We loved that it was first floor living and very few steps to gain entrance. The scenery around the condo was beautiful with golf viewsIt was easy to walk around and see other beautiful developments in this communityWe were very close to shopping and many very good restaurants The fact that it had live TV and streaming was a very nice plus. Comfortable furniture, plenty of parking, and nice appliances along with an Ecobee to regulate the heat and air made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Kim from Suncastle was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay in this condo in the future.

The house is beautiful, ample, comfortable and has everything you need. Located in a beautiful place, so close and accesible to the beach, restaurants, markets, and stores. Easy to get to, park, and just come and go. All was in working order, clean, and well mantained. The rooms and living rooms were really comfortable, the porch is amazing at sunsets, the kitchen and dinning area were easy to clean and move around, the mini bar if used is a great plus, the bathrooms were great in size, and the decoration was really homey.The Club is beautiful and surrounded by nature and green, a great place to walk and just be outside and enjoy the well kept grounds. All in all, top recomendation to stay at.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect condo. We have rented for 3 years. Fully equipped with everything you need. Wonderful showers with plenty of hot water. Short walk to the pool. A longer, but very pretty walk to a beautiful and lightly populated beach. Perfect configuration with 2 king beds and a bunk room. Neighborhood is extremely friendly. Close to Publix and a wide variety of great restaurants. Beautiful view from the patio. Large dining area and comfortable seating area with a large tv. Internet works very well and they even have a printer you can connect to. Management company is delightful to work with and any property issues immediately resolved. Cannot say enough good things about FC-59 and Suncastle Properties.

We hope to continue to stay here. We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. Think it should have had a deep cleaning prior to our stay, as the renters before us were there for 6 months. Simple stuff that could have been done. Hope that is done prior to our stay in '25.
