Summit 45 Pet-Friendly, Great Complex Amenities, Walk to Eagle Lodge by RedAwning

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit (located in the Forester building) sleeps 4

people and is just steps away from Eagle Lodge! Enjoy all the comforts of home

with a full kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom offers a king

size bed. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and there is a bunk

bed (kid size bunk bed) just off the dining room. Relax after a day on the

mountain in one of the complexes many Jacuzzi and pools (summer only). Summit

45 offers free WiFi and underground parking (garage clearance is 6' 9"). This

unit is pet friendly! One pet allowed, additional pets by approval only,

please call. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek

Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna,

full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit

comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first

come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two

parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free

to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real

The pet fee is already included in your reservation total if you are bringing

1 pet only. Additional pets must be approved on a case by case basis. If a

second pet is approved, there is an additional pet fee charge of $20 per pet

Eagle Lodge Condo

Such a great condo in an amazing location! Just a short walk to the lift. Perfect for a couple or small family. We had a wonderful time!

Everything we needed for a week long stay

We don’t have a pet, and didn’t know what to expect from a pet friendly rental. It was hair and odor free... no sign of pets having been there except for the large basket of dog food by the fireplace. We were pleasantly surprised. We had a very comfortable stay.

cozy property, a bit old

Overall very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen sink was broken as was the dish washing machine. The complex also has very poor cell reception. Despite these things, being a short walk from the Eagle lift makes this a decent option for a snow weekend get-away.

Great location

Great location - steps to mountain, Jacuzzi, short drive to village. Clean, all kitchen supplies necessary and most importantly allow our fur baby. Also Mammoth reservations Rocks - efficient, quick to help with any problems/ questions, good customer service.Definitely will stay again!

great location

The Summit unit was accurate from description and photos with excellent stocking of cooking supplies/ equipment. This coupled with the superb location make it a gem. The reservation company was less than desirable. We were told the cleaners/ office staff would contact us when unit was ready which they did NOT do; it did not appear that anything but clean towels toiletries were all that was done by staff.

Three days of plumbing emergencies...

First off, the unit is well decorated, comfortable and you can't beat the location for skiing out of Eagle Lodge. I would give my review a lower rating, but the issues are with poor property management and shouldn't reflect on things that are out of the owner's control. First issue on arrival, the unit reaked of stale cigarette smoke which saturated all our belongings over 3 days. The carpet was saturated with water from a presumed dishwasher leak ..we notified the property management company and never heard anything until I called again the next day and then someone came out sucked the water out of the carpet and left. The next night water started pouring through the light fixture in the ceiling of the bathroom from the upstairs neighbors shower. There were obvious signs of water damage in the bedroom ceiling as well. No one goes on vacation to deal with other people's water remediation issues. The property management company was slow to respond and never offered to move us to another unit or even to apologize for the inconveniences. I feel sad for the owners of this unit because it's gonna be a mold festival in the future.

The unit is well maintained. The location is fantastic and in easy walking distance to the Eagle base. The unit overlooks the spa which makes it easily accessible. I greatly appreciated that the unit was dog friendly.

Great location, chose this as pet friendly, but def not high end

The location was excellent, both in proximity to Eagle lodge (lift is ~100yds) and also within the development as this unit is first floor (no lifts) and also very close to the hot tub. We were limited on options as we were bringing our dog and not many places are pet friendly, but the location was amazing and that was our primary need. Check in was super easy to get keys etc. The unit itself was exactly like the pictures, but there were some issues: There were 2 large (3-4') wet stains on the carpet bordering the kitchen which after staying in the unit I assume were from wet snow gear, but adding a rubber tray by the ski/board racks would be an improvement; a spare blanke was pretty damp to the point it could not be used; wifi was non-existent/spotty. I notified the rental company and property manager but nothing was done to mitigate the concerns. On the plus side the kitchen was very well stocked with utensils etc. Would definitely choose a unit in the Summit location again, just probably not that one

Very comfortable for 2. Good location

We rented this condo only for 2 nights after staying at another larger rental to accommodate our 3 guests. Thought maybe we'd regret packing up and moving but we were pleasantly surprised how comfortable we were. We enjoyed the jacuzzi nearby and it was very well stocked and clean!

The Summit

This is a great one bedroom rental. Well stocked kitchen (bring extra dish and paper towels). Pet friendly. Walk to lifts, bike to town. Great location.
