Great family holiday

Clean rental with newly updated carpets, very convenient location, and enough space for our small family to be very comfortable. Our second time renting this same unit! Hope to stay here again!

Great property! The location is excellent - we walked back and forth to the village many times. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The only negative is that it’s a bottom floor unit and you can hear every noise from the unit above. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable place in a great location

Overall comfortable place for a family, with plenty of space (4 of us). It is a ground floor unit, so noise from upstairs neighbors if you are unfortunate can be an issue. No complaints, and walkable to the Village/Gondola.

Cozy

5 cozy nights with our two kids. Patio full of firewood for the wood burning stove. Comfortable beds. We’ll stocked kitchen we cooked all our meals at home. Just steps away from the indoor hot tub and sauna. Walked to Gondola and bus stops.

Good size 1 bdrm

This is a good size condo for a 1bdrm with plenty of open space in the living area. The bedroom has both a king bed and a bunk bed, plus a sofabed in the living room, so plenty of options for sleeping. Everything was clean and functional. It's probably a 5 - 10 minute walk to the village, so reasonable convenient. Outdoor parking was easy.

nice condo, but don't go here when it's snowing

It's nobody's fault, but we happened to arrive during a snowtorm. Parking lot was not plowed so and was hard to figure out where to park. Had to spend a lot of time shoveling snow to get car in and out. Our last day they finally caught up with plowing the lot, but I still had to dig out our truck. We understand was a huge storm, but they should have given us a heads up about the parking situation. Main gripe is the check in routine which requires you do drive to the other side of town to pick up keys. This was particularly onerous in a middle of a snowstorm with limited visibility. Why not put them in the key lockbox at the condo? Then you have to drive back across town the morning you check out to return keys, instead of heading straight to the slopes. The walk back from the gondoloa is not easy. It's uphill and if you are wearing ski boots it is more than 10 minutes. The condo itself is great. Very roomy and comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen except for some reason there is no cutting board. The hot tub is excellent.

Disappointing and MISLEADING

We booked this property over others so our kids could sleep in beds vs a pullout couch. Property advertised bunk beds, but they are NOT SAFE and the owner should be ashamed of charging what they do and providing such shoddy furniture. A normal sized human being would have to be completely flat to comfortably use the bottom bunk without feeling as if they were in a coffin. Neither of my kids felt safe going up on the top bunk as it was so rickety, a strong wind could have blown it over. I took pictures and video of this bunk bed setup as I couldn't believe it was being advertised as usable. Listing also noted a DVD player was available but there was nothing there. One of the bathroom sinks did not work so that was one more inconvenience. "Updated" is a very generous term for some new counters and carpet. The property management company was responsive, so I can't fault them for the owner's negligence. Buyer beware if you book this condo. Extremely disappointed, especially for what we paid.

Good and Convenient Location, Property needs renovation

Stayed here for 3 nights , convenient location , contact less check in and check out , Property wise they have most of the stuff available but the property really needs renovation , They need more lights , its too dark inside also they really need portable fans for summer .As the weather has changed for the past few years , In Summer you need fans now and this place was really missing it.

We enjoyed our stay at this San Sierra property. We walked 2 blocks down to the Gondola to ski each morning. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the indoor jacuzzi across the parking lot was handy. Overall great value!

Five Stars for our unit and the rental agency

The condo we rented was outstanding. Nicely furnished. Nicely laid out. Very full kitchen with everything one would need. The office staff on check in and out was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them again.

Great condo!

San Sierra #10 was great! It was definitely enough room for four people. Everything was very clean and laid out nicely. Two small things we had trouble with: 1. This condo is not pet friendly but it seemed like there had been a cat or dog inside. We didn't notice until a day after we arrived because we noticed our clothes had fur all over it from sitting on the couch. 2. We sometimes had a bit of trouble unlocking the door because the key wouldn't turn the deadbolt lock very easily. Other than those two minor things for us, we enjoyed it. Quiet area, very close and easy walk to the Village. Perfect location for us! We would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

Wonderful place

I came up with a friend just to ski for a weekend, and the place was cheaper and probably more comfortable than any of the hotels near the village. It was only a 5-7min walk to the village and you can easily cut through the Westin. I'm sure we could've walked with our gear to the village lift, but we ended up parking just for ease. Lastly, the exit choirs were simple compared to other airbnbs I've been at.

Comfortable and convenient

Condo was great.Convenient location to restaurant, bars and gondola at the village. Two short blocks. Saw many peeps walking with ski and snowboard gear to gondola. Personally, a bit far to walk in ski boots for me but many do it. Condo had all amenities minus a hair dryer. I will definitely stay there again. I'm not familiar with the condo renting thing, normally hotels. So I was a bit confused and didn't check email enough. Had to docu sign a contract which I overlooked. Also, didn't see the email that directed me to an offsight location where I had to pick up the keys. Not a big deal but I don't remember seeing any mention of it when I booked the condo.

Nice place but cleaning needs more attention

Everything worked properly, the kitchen is well equipped, the WiFi is very good, the room and the bedroom are very comfortable. But I found a death mouse under the table, some bugs at the bath and spider web beside the TV.

Comfortable condo, convenient location.

Nice property, conveniently located to the Village. Unit was in decent condition for the age. Few little things: toilet seat was not attached to the toilet, we called the mgmt on our 2nd day, they said they would get it fixed asap. Never fixed during our 5 day stay. One of the ding room chair seats was split in half. Would not recommend staying on the 1st floor, not much soundproofing between floors, you hear every step above you, especially when they have young children and dogs.

Great Place to stay

It has been my second times to book from Mammoth Sierra Online. It's easy to check in and check out. The apartment we stayed are clean and all appliances are available to use.
