The Space:
The perfect spot for your County getaway! A big open concept century home with PRIVATE HEATED INGROUND POOL, barrel sauna, and a massive private outdoor oasis to enjoy with multiple sitting, lounging, and dining areas! Couple this with magazine-worthy design and furnishings; along with a separate carriage house with games room, ping pong, and your own PRIVATE MOVIE ROOM, there isn’t anywhere you’d rather be!

Perfect for families, couples, or a small group of friends.

The entire property underwent a complete renovation 2 years ago, everything, including the furnishings and décor, is brand new!

For the foodies, a fully stocked CHEF’s KITCHEN, charcoal and gas BBQs, three ways to make coffee and a big dining room with farmhouse table.

For those looking to relax and refresh you’ll appreciate the beds with Endy mattresses and luxurious linens, a 55” 4k TV, ceiling mounted projector and screen, record player for the vinyl lovers, and a multi-zone Sonos audio system.

A mesh Wi-Fi system that extends fast reliable coverage inside and out with download speeds above 150 mbs, streaming or working there’s enough bandwidth to keep everyone happy.

For the sun seekers – poolside there are 6 loungers, three chairs, and two separate seating areas with outdoor sectional sofas. Plus, pool toys and inflatables for those instagrammable moments.

Located in the heart of Wellington, walking distance to the beach (5 min walk) along with the stores, shops and restaurants of downtown Wellington (10 min walk). You’re a 10-minute drive to 15 wineries, a 10 min drive to Bloomfield, and a 15 min drive to Sandbanks (we provide you with 2 free passes!). There isn’t a better spot from which to experience the County.

The Pool is open from May long weekend through Sept 30th. Sauna is open Sept 1st to May 15th.

Any season, Marina and Main is the perfect spot for your dream PEC vacation.

We have a strict no party rule. We want you to have a great time but any noise complaints/violations may result in the loss of your security deposit and possible early termination of your stay.

We have outdoor perimeter security cameras, a ring doorbell, and a NoiseAware monitoring system that notifies us of excessive noise.

The Carriage House is open from May long weekend through Sept. 30th

Pets
We welcome your pet family members providing they are well behaved. You are responsible for picking up after your pets and for any damage cause by your pets.

Guest Access:
You have exclusive access to the entire property. There are keyless locks on the main house and key sets left for your use.

The Neighborhood:
Prince Edward County is a very special place. You may find yourself here one weekend, falling in love and moving permanently, a large number of people have. Affectionately known as "The County" the area is comprised of small villages and hamlets scattered amongst farm fields and quaint shops. Located in Lake Ontario you will fall in love with the people, the food, nature, and art. The area hosts 3 provincial parks and over 800km of shoreline.

Getting Around:
A car is required to explore Prince Edward County. While taxis are available, there are long waits, and should be booked in advance.

Once returned your booking is 100% confirmed. This is requires as we are a member of the Travel Industry Council of Ontario and we do not own the property we manage it on behalf of the owners.

A fun family get-away!

My daughters and children (my grandkids) decided to get together for a couple of nights for some fun in PEC. This wonderful place offers everything advertised and so much more … everyone loved every minute together in this fun, fantastic location! My only negative is the late check-in time (4pm) & the very early check-out time (10am) … because we only had a 2 night stay, the 6 hour window between check-in & check-out felt like our holiday had been cut short. So in a way, that’s a positive too, because we were focused on the overall timing because no one wanted to leave! We really loved this fun place … no matter your age, young or old, there’s something wonderful awaiting everyone! Thank you … we’ll be back!!!

Issues with Accommodations

We had a couple of major issues are would expect some sort of refund: 1. The primary reason we rented this place was the movie room that included video games and ping pong - BUT the room had mold and flooded while we were there and we could NOT use it - according to the maintenance guy the room floods all the time 2. The water was not working for 6 hours on the ONLY full day we had due to a power issue - we could not flush toilets or run any water 3. The backyard furniture was filthy and had bird droppings all over the cushions. 4. The BBQ was also filthy - we spend an hour cleaning the grill This place did NOT give us our moneys worth at all and we expect some sort of refund. Thx Gary Walker

Great property, had some issues that were dealt with by responsive staff

Beautiful property, great amenities, super kid-friendly and fun. We had a great time at the cozy and well-appointed house. The carriage house was incredible as we got to enjoy ping pong and video games! Unfortunately the pool was not clean when we arrived (green scum in various areas) so we lost a day of swimming due to the fact that the cleaning required chemicals that meant we couldn't swim in it for a day. The carriage house also had an odour of cat urine when we arrived, and the carpet was wet. But the property manager was quick to fix the issues (they cleaned the pool, removed the smelly rug, etc.). I wish that the house would have been in 100% top shape when we arrived, especially considering the price. But overall we had a great time and we loved Wellington and the surrounding areas in Prince Edward County.
