Dulany 302 - Heart of Base Area, Ideal for Couples, Hot Tub, WD +EZCancel

So happy to hear you loved the surroundings. We’d be glad to host you again!

We thank this guest for their kind comments about the cleanliness, comfort, location, and beautiful views of the condo! We’re glad they enjoyed the space and its convenient setting! For future guests, we’d like to clarify that detailed check-in and check-out information, including entry codes and other important property details, is provided through our Rental Guide. The guide is sent by text seven days prior to arrival and is sent again on the day of arrival. We encourage guests to click through the guide, as it serves as the primary resource for the stay and contains important information needed for accessing and enjoying the property. We’re always happy to assist if a guest has trouble locating the guide or needs help accessing the information, and we appreciate the feedback as we continue working to make the arrival process as seamless as possible. As always - our Guest Services team is available 24/7 should you need anything!

Future guests can feel confident that this condo delivers exactly what is advertised—a spacious, well-appointed home in one of the very best locations at the base of the Steamboat ski area. With true ski-in access (conditions permitting), a short and easy walk to the gondola, and dining, rentals, and shops just steps away, the convenience of this location is a major highlight. The home features two large master suites, comfortable living spaces, and quality finishes throughout, making it a great fit for couples or small groups seeking both comfort and accessibility. For clarity, our cancellation policy and booking terms are outlined prior to booking. In this case, the guest did request to cancel prior to arrival, but the reservation fell within the agreed-upon cancellation window, and no concerns regarding the home itself were reported during the stay. We always encourage guests to review these details carefully and consider travel insurance for added flexibility. Overall, this is a well-located, high-quality condo that consistently meets expectations for guests looking for a convenient and enjoyable Steamboat experience.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you had such an enjoyable stay and that the condo provided everything you needed for a comfortable and memorable vacation. It’s great to know the location worked out perfectly for you, with easy access to everything on the mountain. We’re also so glad you enjoyed the hot tub and pool—it’s always nice to have those extra touches to enhance the experience! It’s fantastic to hear you’re planning to make this an annual trip, and we’d love to welcome you back next year. Thank you for choosing our property, and we look forward to hosting you again!

There are no ski lockers at this property, but there is a ski storage area where guests are welcome to store their skis and avoid paying any kind of fees. The ski storage at the property is just as close as any of the paid storage options, so it's just as (or more) convenient. The elevator has been repaired.

Thank you for sharing your great experience with everyone! We appreciate you choosing MVL and hope to host you again!

This property's description accurately details the location and logistics for getting to and from the lifts. We welcome questions if guests would like further information prior to booking. We offer guests multiple ways to reach us if they have any questions or concerns before, during or after their stay. This guest unfortunately did not contact us at all during their stay. Had they reached out to us, we could have easily taken a look at any maintenance issues and helped resolve them much sooner. While some of the items this guest has mentioned are personal preference, rather than an actual issue, we appreciate the information regarding the items needing repair and have alerted the owner. Regarding the curtains in the bedroom, there are baseboard heaters directly below the window, and curtains would be more of a safety issue than blinds.

Thank you for the positive review Ron.
