The amazing access to the ski and hiking trails combined with the private location of the home and the incredible views make this an idyllic vacation spot when visiting the Aspen Snowmass area.

Inside the home you will enjoy the comfortable space found upstairs in the living, dining and kitchen area. The multi-level residence offers 2 bedrooms on the lowest level and 2 on the upper level, all with en-suite bath. The lowest level has a mudroom and an outdoor 8 person private hot tub, right on the ski slope! A master king bedroom with writing desk and large en-suite bath and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks and en-suite bath are found on the lowest level along with the laundry room. The other king master with gas fireplace and balcony along with an additional bunk room with a queen on the bottom and twin on the top are found on the upper level.

The Deerbrook townhomes are located just one mile to the Base Village in Snowmass where you will find shops, restaurants and activities. Just a short walk across the slope you can enjoy visiting the Viceroy Hotel for cocktails and apres or a wonderful dinner in their signature restaurant, Toro Kitchen.
