Older property but the location, the view, and the size made up for it. Host was extremely responsive. All of our messages were replied back within 5 mins no matter what time of the day.

Great weekend getaway

This is a great little condo right on the beach if you want to stay a couple of days and just hang out. Clean , but a little dated, but that didn’t matter as we spent very little time inside because we were on the beach the whole time! Great value for the location!

Both beds fell apart night one. There was a lot of sand in my bed. 2 lightbulbs were out and there was no cold water in the kitchen or bathrooms.

Room was good, communication with just was excellent, beds were comfy. Interior was clean but a little run down/ outdated. But it was a place to lay our heads, get out of the heat and humidity while being steps from the beach! The facility was not my favorite. Only smoking areas are far from the entrance, not convenient for older single women who smoke. I know, it’s a personal preference but just being honest. I wouldn’t want my grandma to have to walk that far and in the dark or in the rain… Great free shuttle service available-which is good since the parking is terrible and not assigned-so once you find a spot, you better keep it or lose it. At one point the elevator quit working so several flights of stairs for grandma was not good, either. But the room itself was good.

Beach Trip

Second time staying at Island Inn because of the perfect location. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The rooms are a bit dated and bathrooms can use an update. Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the stay.

The property is located in the heart of Central treasure Island close to John’s Pass but far enough away that you’re not in the middle of all the busy action. We’re still close to many many places to have a lot of fun. Room was exactly as we expected accommodated our family perfectly the beach was beautiful the tiki bar was fun in the pool was very nice

Great beach access, pool and bar

The beach access directly behind the condo were wonderful and so convenient. The heated pool and tiki bar were great and complemented the beach well. The condo needed some decor updates but was functional. There was construction going on in the lobby - hopefully once complete it will be much enhanced.

Couldn’t ask for better!

We loved this condo and would definitely recommend it! Very spacious and had so much area for a relaxing stay! The view was stunning and the building the condo is in was very nice as well! A pool and a small tiki bar for drinks was the cherry on top! Communication is top notch! Wish we would have booked for longer because we truly didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic time even with the construction

We had a great vacation even with the construction. The beds were fantastic.! I wish I would’ve known it was under construction because we had to go get our car detailed after we left because of all the overspray from sanding and painting. It appeared the construction is almost done, so I would highly recommend staying there. We definitely would book again It would have been five stars without the construction.

Short & Sweet

A friend of mine and I wanted to get away at the last minute for a few days and that’s can be kind of tricky. This spot was perfect. The decor was very dated but besides the spots on the furniture the place was clean

Great place

It was a great location with a great view and close to the beach. The condo was dated and had a musty smell. The bed was comfortable but the recliner had coils pushing up. It needed a pillow on the seat to sit on it. Pool and tiki bar were excellent. Great fun staff! We would stay there again but updates are definitely needed to the condo.
