What a phenomenal location and experience. This villa blew me and my groups mind! The two different beach sides. The calmness of the water. The rooms were great. The recommendations from Kathy were fantastic and made for such a great week!! It was truly a dream vacation. There were 21 of us for my 40th birthday and it couldn’t have been any better!

Spring Break Paradise

Enjoyed the property! So many great spots to spread out and enjoy the beautiful weather. This was a dream trip.

Ideal vacation for large groups!

The Ocean Villa complex (2 buildings) is perfect for large parties. We had 22, which were mostly adults but there were 6 kids. I love how everyone could be doing different things but we're all still hanging out together (unlike at a resort). Beach, cabana, sunning, cooking, etc. The place is amazing, spectacular views, low key. We loved everything!

Amazing Villas

Great space for a large group. Lots of privacy and different spaces to relax. We floated in our private cove most of the days. Some preferred the more shaded pool while others liked the full sun of the Oceanside pool. Breathtaking sunsets every night. The only downside is that the kitchen is a bit tired/needs updates but the amazing house and location more than make up for it. Who wants to cook on vacation anyways?

Our own resort!

The property at the 2 Ocean Villas was absolutely breathtaking! The pictures and listing do not even do it justice. There are so many wonderful amenities, but the private ocean area was unparalleled. We had 17 people and never felt crowded. Las Brisas was the restaurant within walking distance and it was delicious. We went there several times and it ended up being everyone’s favorite place. Our biggest suggestion would be to allow Venmo, PayPal or some sort of alternative payment to cash upon check in and check out in this day and age…especially after advising us to not bring too much cash for safety reasons. That made the trip quite a bit more stressful.

Family Christmas in T&C!!

Incredible, numerous outdoor spaces with sweeping views of Sapodilla Bay! The properties (we rented both) served our group of 14 perfectly. The small, but private beach with it's shallow water was not only perfect for the little ones, but for the adults as well. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything a large group needs to prepare big meals at home. We rented a paddleboard, and a kayak from the owners which were a big hit and well-used during the duration of the week. One can easily wade through the bay to the larger spanse of Sapodilla Bay beach (and only steps away from jetski rental) with the water never reaching waist-high even at high tide. The shower off the master bathroom in the main property is absolutely spectacular - seriously private with amazing views of the sunset!! (Of note: the master bath also includes a bathtub, a bidet, and an indoor shower, which are not mentioned in the property description). We could not have chosen a more perfect rental to celebrate our family holiday!

Family Getaway in a Caribbean Shangri-La

Let me start with what to me are the two most important elements of any vacation stay - the location/accommodation and communication with the owners/manager. For these criteria Kathy & her Ocean Bay Villas knocked it out of the park! Communication throughout the whole process was fantastic- timely, & incredibly informative/helpful 11/10! The layout of the houses was exactly what we wanted - multiple masters with private en suites and great common areas. I literally can’t say enough about the actual piece of property (I tried & used all 1500 characters before resubmitting this), and how beautifully it’s laid out - pools & pergola covered sitting spots nestled in the tropical landscape connected by natural stone & tile pathways gave a sense of privacy & serenity. The villas were well appointed with linens, furniture, plates, cutlery, you name it. To be fair the overall impression was only slightly muted by what could be described minor up keep - more so the 2nd villa than the main one - some loose hardware - a torn or missing screen - and for us our dishwasher didn’t function - but we get it - tough to predict that & maybe tougher to get fixed/replaced the week between X-mas & NYE anywhere much less the islands. Everyone unanimously agreed the positives vastly out weighed minor grievances - zero deal breakers for us. I’ll say again - the structure, layout & location may be the best the island has to offer! And the ultimate test - would we come again? Unequivocally, yes!

The perfect experience!

Let me start by saying Mrs Kathy’s property is nothing short of amazing. We travel a lot of places but you will be hard pressed to find one that has the privacy matched with the private beach , pools and comfiness that this place does. Everyone that she recommend ( drivers, staff, Chef ) was over the top in professionalism and making you feel at home. We cannot wait to go back!!!

Amazing

This property is incredible. The two villas were wonderful. The pools were nice to be able to cool off if needed, but the beach was incredible. All beaches are public, but the little cove that is available to this property with the surrounding volcanic rock makes it so private. The area is shallow (knee height) for a significant amount of space. We played frisbee and football for hours in this area. Already talking about going back.

Everything was great. The house location an easy access to other places on the island.

The property is beautiful and really worked well for multiple families. My only suggestion would be that it could use a few updates especially with kitchen appliances. We never could understand why the main house didn’t have an oven. It made the chef’s job a lot harder.

Unique and Beautiful Property

The property itself is located on a magnificent large piece of land with its own private beach. The location cannot be beat with access to a swim up bar and jet skis but with the luxury of your own beach. It is like renting your very own resort if you rent the entire place like we did. We came with a group of 21 with 7 of the people being teenagers and young adults and 7 adult couples to celebrate our son's Bar Mitzvah. We were able to find a lovely spot behind the addition for the service which would also be lovely for a small wedding. We had 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, no powder room. Eight of these bedrooms are lovely ensuite rooms with a king bed and two rooms are bunk bed rooms one of which shares a bathroom and entrance with the "main"master bedroom. The addition on the property is gorgeous. The remainder of the house is older but lovely and the "main" master bedroom outdoor shower is amazing. The three pools were great and maintained very well. There is one restaurant walking distance everything else must be driven to which was perfectly fine with us especially since we had hired a chef fulltime for the week. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. It was an amazing trip that our entire family will remember for years to come.

Paradise!

This is a beautiful property and fit the bill for our group of 15 quite well! Located on the water we had the best views and the vacation of a lifetime!

Heaven on earth

We just returned from a week in Turks with a large family group. Everyone agreed that this rental was perfect for a group like this. Lots of space for everyone, lots of little nooks and crannies to nap and relax and read, or chat and play cards. Stunning views that made us want to pinch ourselves every day, beautiful, aquamarine water, sandy beach (and the public beach next door, just a short walk through the water), and SO much fun. Sunsets were a highlight. Kathy was a great hostess as well, and answered my many questions before and during the trip We'll be back!
