Excellent place near beach

Beautiful property. Very comfortable, clean place, close to the beach. Everything you need is available in the villa. The owner Kathy is a great and helpful lady and provides all the info you need for the first timers in Turks and Caicos. I highly recommend this villa..

Amazing location

We stayed with a large group of three families and this space was perfect for us to have room together and alone. Steps to the beach, so we were able to stay at the pool and beach without any issue. William, the property manager was also accessible and helpful when we had minor issues (getting locked out of a room and a water line break). Beach was beautiful, pools were nice, and the houses were great.

Picturesque villa right on the beach

Kathy was a wonderful host to work with. She made excellent recommendations and was helpful throughout. The property manager William was attentive and communicative too! I would highly recommend this villa to any large group. The ambience and amenities are hard to beat. Also, it is in a very safe neighborhood with overnight security unlike other parts of the island. 10/10 would visit again!!

Turkfection !!

The property perfectly accommodated our family of 16 in every way. From its two pools, kitchens, living areas and 28 second walk to the beach. It’s literally across the street from the Villa. Owner & caretaker communication was flawless. We will be back ✅🌴🌴

Trip of a Lifetime

This was paradise. The property was perfect. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with our adult children and spouses. There were 14 of us total and the property easily accommodated all of us. The beach was just steps away and we had it practically to ourselves. We played and relaxed and soaked up the sun. Williams was wonderful and extremely helpful.

Jackie's pre birthday celebration in Turks!

Wow! Everything about this stay was great. It started off with the owner sharing places to go and providing us with the cost of things before we arrived. Everything was perfect. There were 12 women and the house was roomy enough to be together or find your own little spot for solitude when needed. We will return! Thanks for everything!

Steps from Pelican Bay, Beautiful private beach

Our Family of 18 enjoyed our stay at Beach Walk Villas. House was clean and had nine nice bedrooms for our large crowd. Kathy gave us great information on the island and recommendations for everything from groceries, to restaurants and excursions. William the property manager was amazing. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us everyday and also portable chairs we could take with us to any beach we went to. Pelican Bay Beach is beautiful! Quick and easy walk from the Villas. Our family enjoyed the pools as well. Do bring some bug spray as there are mosquitos at night.

Perfect beach house in paradise!

Everything about our stay at Beachwalk Villa was simply magical. The location can't be beat: right across the street from never-crowded Pelican Beach with calm, warm, crystal clear blue water. We had heard the snorkeling there might not be ideal, but we found lots of colorful fish when we swam around the rocks that separate parts of the beach. We also saw fish just hanging out close to shore and pelicans swooping down over the water. The house itself was more than enough room for all 14 of us, and we enjoyed barbecuing and hanging out in the pool. Kathy gave us all the details we would ever need about the house, the neighborhood, and Providenciales at large. And William the property manager was welcoming and friendly, and responded quickly if we ever had a question or issue. My group was sad to say goodbye to our idyllic villa but we're hoping we can come back to Turks & Caicos and stay at any of Kathy's amazing properties!

Delayed 50th bday celebration

We were a party of 15 celebrating my 50th bday (the celebration was delayed due to covid) and had originally booked this house in 2020. Kathy was wonderful & worked with us to push our travel plans back to this year. The house was perfect, immaculate and exactly as listed. We literally were 10 - 12 steps from the beach & the location was central to all of our events/dinners. Thank you SO much for making this a memorable and wonderful celebration. We look forward to returning!

Comfortable family Villa!!

Great location in Leeward 2 minute walk down lane to beach. Villa has everything you need while on vacation — including Little Tykes toys for the little ones!! Kathy, owner, and Jhun, prop manager, were attentive and easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to return!

5 stars across the board!

We were there for my 40th birthday. There was a big group of us. 15 total! The house was so spacious! At no time did we feel on top of each other. The pools were awesome and the outdoor showers came in handy when we returned from the beach every day. The short path to the beach was an added bonus! The kitchens were big and functional, even with a lot of cooks in there at one time! The neighborhood was quiet and well groomed! We weren’t far at all from shops and restaurants. I do recommend having a rental car because they are not within walking distance. Kathy was a joy to work with. She always responded quickly and gave so much great info about the island! I plan to rent from her again in the future. I couldn’t have imagined a better way to bring in my 40th and our accommodations were a big part of our amazing experience!

A week in Paradise

We stayed at 10 Steps from Grace Bay the first week in July. The property was sparkling clean and roomy for fourteen of our family. Kathy was so helpful and gave us recommendations and tips long before we came so we had lots of lead time to make reservations and do some research ahead of time. Kathy's manager was on hand to answer all our questions and responded promply if we had an issue or question. The villa is located just a very short walk across the street to Pelican Beach that you feel is almost exclusively yours. Leeward, where the villa is located is quiet and great for the kids to bike ride and the adults to take morning walks. I gave it a five star rating not just because of it's physical appearance but because Kathy helps make it a perfect and memorable vacation......janet

Details not here, not worth the price

The positives are that the homeowner quickly responded to all emails and inquiries. The location is really the selling point for this property. Pelican beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. There were not many properties that could accommodate our large family so it was nice to have the space. In all honesty we were not pleased with the property as a whole for this price range. The house is very tired and very worn. Many of the electrical sockets don’t work, at least half of the windows are broken and don’t open, hair dryer was broken, the house needs a very deep cleaning, not all rooms have air conditioners, pools weren’t cleaned at all during the week as stated they would be and the check-out requirements are extremely rigorous. The devil is not in the details here I’m sorry to say. We unfortunately would not return to this property.

Thank you for your review. Client wanted to cancel her booking days prior to her arrival. She arrived unhappy. These villas have been recently renovated, they are not worn down. They are very competitively priced and a great value. These villas are surrounded by high value beachfront homes, that rent from double to triple the price. Both villas are fully air conditioned with high efficiency units throughout both villas. Our pools are cleaned before and after a clients stay. For check out we ask our clients to take the trash to the road, leave no dirty dishes and start laundry.
