Amazing property! Super-clean, quaint decor with lots of room, including a wonderful sunroom and huge back deck. The host was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Great location and amenities! Plenty of room to spread out: teens enjoyed the air hockey, grandma loved watching the playful squirrels and chipmunks from the porch swing. Wonderful place!!

Great place

This place was awesome—great location for a girls getaway. Beautifully decorated, had everything we could need, ESPECIALLY, the handicapped bathroom—I finally got to take a shower.. Mark was so helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.,

KY Lake Vacation 2025

Home was very nice and laid out very well. Top notch place to stay. Plenty room and amenities. Beautiful home and location very close to Moors Resort and Marina. Weather could of been a little cooler but you expect heat and humidity in late July.

Week-end with Friends!

We each really enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing and peaceful! We hope to make an annual trip with our group! The home had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home! Thanks for sharing your home to the out of towner's.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The host contacted us a few days ahead of our stay to provide check in information and answer questions we had. There were severe storms the night before causing a long power outage, but the host reached out and let us know power was back on and the home would be clean and ready for us at check in time. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. We cooked most of our meals at the home and had everything necessary to do so. The home was very clean. The sheets and towels are nice quality and plentiful. The kids loved the air hockey table. The back porch is such a lovely space. Morning coffee watching the sun come up out there was a favorite part of my day! Having a private dock was a huge bonus as was the location being just around the corner from Moors. We were able to just jump in the boat anytime of day to head out to fish, tube, or go to Sandy Beach across the lake. We rented a Pontoon from Moors one day, and the proximity to the house allowed us to just pop over and pick our crew and tube versus all of the group having to get over to the marina. Our group of 4 adults and 6 teens/tweens felt this house was a 10/10! We would be happy to stay at this home again.

It is a very nice and roomy and clean, bed was very comfortable the lake life was felt in the decor! We enjoyed it very much. Grandchildren will remember it for long years to come !

Wonderful house and location.

This was our second year at this property. Three couples - the guys fish and the gals eat, drink and draw! We ate fresh fish most nights and sat on the wonderful deck until bedtime.Perfect location near the marina. A short walk to the water. A well equipped kitchen. Mark, the property manager was responsive and easy to work with. We’ll be back again next year if we decide to fish Kentucky Lake!

Accommodated all our guests with enough room that everyone had private moments and spaces for group moments. All our guest raved about the location on the lake. Very close to a boat rental place to enjoy the lake. Ralph's restaurant is close with good food. Owner is very nice guy and handles everything very professional. Perfect place for a family reunion. Fabulous Family Vacation HomeOur entire family of 8 people from toddler to grandparents had a fantastic and memorable stay at this home on our vacation. There are so many features of this home to make a family vacation very enjoyable! Each one of us felt like there was plenty of room to gather indoors and outdoors together when we wanted but also to relax on our own when needed. The entire property was very clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked too. The back covered porch with a swing, chairs and dining table was a favorite spot for us. We also liked eating s'mores and roasted marshmallows using the fire pit multiple evenings. The large backyard even made us feel comfortable to let our little ones have supervised play there since it was a reasonable distance to the lake. Yet, we still could enjoy the lake view from the back of the house. Of course, the covered boat dock was a great feature too!The owner truly cared about making our vacation as wonderful and comfortable as possible. He contacted us a few weeks before our stay to answer any questions we might have, helped us become more familiar with what the area had to offer, responded to questions in a timely manner after our arrival and even drove quite a distance himself to mow the yard, which was far beyond our expectation.Our family greatly enjoyed staying at this lake house! We highly recommend this house to any family or group that wants to experience a wonderful, relaxing stay on Kentucky Lake.

The home itself was nice and had many positives, but unfortunately there was a persistent sewage odor throughout our stay. The intensity seemed to fluctuate—at times it was lighter, but at other times it became quite strong. We aired out the house by opening doors and windows, which helped somewhat, but the smell remained noticeable. At one point it became strong enough that one of our guests chose to sleep on the couch instead of their bedroom.I reached out to the host during our stay. While communication was prompt and polite, the owner opted to investigate and address the issue after our departure.This may be a fixable issue, but it did impact our overall comfort and experience.

This a beautiful lake front property. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We had a great girl’s week relaxing with friends from across the country. We spent our days in Paducah at Quilt Week and enjoyed our evenings at the house.

Great Place To Relax

Eight old friends got together for our annual girls' trip to Paducah for Quilt Week. We always try to stay somewhere on the lakes rather than in Paducah. This home is gorgeous and comfortable. We watched fishermen in the morning, checked out the flowers and wildlife and just enjoyed hanging out together. We spent long days in Paducah, dining at Patti's 1880 Settlement and Ralph's at the marina. It was a great choice for us and would be a great home for a family get-away. We agreed that we would love to come back.

Two Day Stay

It is a nice house. Well stocked with towels and blankets. Disappointments: fireplace didn’t work, only one TV in house (late night people couldn’t watch TV due to a kid sleeping in the loft). I paid cleaning fees of $160 but still had to strip the beds, round up all towels, take out all trash, do all the dishes; did you want me to mop too?!?

We apologize for this inconvenience but would have been happy to assist with this had you reached out during your stay. - As described on the listing, there is only one TV in the home, we're sorry if this caught you off-guard! - The check-out instructions are typical for the vacation rental industry and we share these with guests in the pre-stay email so that they are aware of house rules and expectations ahead of time. Lovely Home

We had a lovely stay at the lake house. Everything we needed was available for preparing meals. Beds, appliances, and all else was of high quality and easy to use. We had a really nice weekend. Each family had their privacy and the kids loved their room. Hone was spacious and kids enjoyed the yard. We would come again.

Great time!

Our family had such a wonderful time on our getaway. The home had everything we needed, plus plenty of space for us six adults and our four children (ages 1 month to 5 years). There was more than enough beds and space to put pack and plays and all the other kid toys and gadgets we brought along. The kids especially loved the air hockey table and playing out on the spacious covered porch. The yard was great for throwing ball and playing cornhole. The indoor space had plenty of room for everyone to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. The nearby dock was the icing on the cake and made it much easier getting kids on and off the boat. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed every second together. Thank you for sharing your space with us, we definitely plan on coming back, just longer next time!

Beautiful and Relaxing Atmosphere

Beautiful home, was well equipped with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, was relaxing sitting out on the deck and having a few drinks. Was able to pull the boat up to the private dock. Location was great, close to the Moore’s Restaurant on nights we did not want to cook. Definitely will return!
