Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and found the property to be very nice overall. We appreciate your suggestions regarding the kitchen cookware. While the kitchen is stocked with the essentials for preparing most meals, we'll be happy to share your feedback about additional items, such as cookie sheets and larger pots, with the owner for consideration. Regarding the beach access, the stairs and lack of a ramp are part of the condominium's common areas and are managed by the association rather than the individual unit owner. We understand this may have been inconvenient, especially when transporting beach gear. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable beach vacation!

Thank you, it sure has been devastating to see the coastal damage to our beach community. Please note that we do disclose and update the changing information at the very top of our property description to view before booking. Thank you for your review.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear the condo's location was convenient for visiting your family and that you found the unit comfortable overall. It's also wonderful to know you appreciated the updated furnishings in the living room and primary bedroom. We're sorry to hear that some aspects of the condo did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen, bathrooms, paint, and ice maker, and we have shared them with the owner for consideration. Guest safety is extremely important to us. Had the concerns regarding the smoke alarm or electrical outlets been reported during your stay, we would have dispatched our maintenance team immediately to inspect and address them. We also regret the air conditioning issue you experienced and wish we had been made aware while you were in the unit so we could have worked to resolve it promptly. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We value your comments and will use them to continue improving the guest experience. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

We would like to point out that this guest booked on 2/1, well after 2 consecutive hurricanes hit our beach community and there absolutely was & still is a disclaimer regarding the resort amenities at the very top of the property description to read before booking. The information has been posted & updated accordingly as our community recovers since November. Please note that we only manage the unit itself, however the 2 consecutive hurricanes that hit our beach community was public knowledge in addition to being noted on the property description on Vrbo. We are also available for questions especially since it was national news about the 2 hurricanes as we recover but you did not ask and unfortunately missed the information that was clearly provided. We are uncertain why you would not follow your check-in & checkout procedures if what you mention in your review was true. Please keep in mind that we have procedures in place that you received twice before your arrival yet did not follow. They are the same procedures that provide your check-in instructions to obtain the key to enter the condo so the information cannot be missed. We have these procedures in place for a reason so we can assist if need be, which was completely ignored. We hope you understand.

It puts such a smile on our face that the condo was perfect for you & your BFF to relax and enjoy your stay! Yes, the property is as pictured & described so you know exactly what to expect but just as you sate is well maintained. 😊 There’s nothing as beautiful as watching the sunrise from the balcony on the morning. You are so very welcome, we are elated you had a wonderful vacation & loved your time here! Thank you for being such awesome guests & for your 5-star review!
