The Space:

This ground-floor, three-bedroom condo in Vista Cay sleeps up to eight guests and sits minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal, and SeaWorld. The biggest draw? You get resort-style amenities — multiple pools, a fitness center, sports courts, and a two-mile lakeside jogging trail—without the resort price tag, plus a private patio where you can unwind after a long day at the parks.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

All three bedrooms come with their own TV and desk space, so everyone has room to spread out.

• The master features a king bed and private en-suite bathroom with both tub and shower.

• The second bedroom has a queen bed.

• The third bedroom offers two full-size beds, great for kids or extra guests.



A second full bathroom with tub and shower serves the rest of the condo, and both bathrooms feel spacious with updated fixtures.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The open-plan living area gives you plenty of space to gather — think movie nights on the big sofa or board games at the dining table that seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and everything you need to cook family meals and save on dining out.



Outdoor Amenities

Step out to your private patio with cushioned seating — it's the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wind-down. Beyond your door, the Vista Cay clubhouse offers two pools with a poolside bar, a kids' splash pool and playground, arcade and game room, billiard tables, theater room, BBQ pits, and picnic tables. The front desk concierge is available to help with any requests during your stay.



Good To Know

Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and get work done at the dedicated desk space. The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and refresh your clothes anytime. Free parking is included, and self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival easy. A shared gym and lap pool are also available nearby. Pool heating is offered in winter for $50 per day and must cover your full stay — request at least seven days before arrival.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. And access, of course, to the resort amenities on site.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Inside the community, you have a personal concierge and resort-like amenities, with other activities such as:

Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. The condo is about 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Vista Cay Resort community. Pool

• Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

• Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

• Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

• Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

• No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

• Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

• No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

• We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.

• There will be 2 access cards for the resort amenities. If they are lost or misplaced, $80 USD per card will be charged through Airbnb or deducted from the security deposit. Upon checkout, please leave the card where you found it.



Booking Requirements

• Lead guest must be 21 or older.

• A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

• Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

• Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

• Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

• Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. All access codes are provided 24 hours before your arrival.
