This spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit features all the comforts of home plus everything Sanibel Island has to offer. The master suite has a king bed and access to a private screened lanai overlooking the pool. The guest room has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. The large and bright living/dining room leads to a screened lanai overlooking a serene lagoon. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counters and white appliances (ice maker in freezer). Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs with Direct TV, queen-size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for purchase or rent from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts down the street, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person . Parties over 4 people, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.
