Located in Arena / Stadium/ CrossTown this Downtown listing is a 5-15 min walk to the citys best cultural, sporting, entertainment, nightlife, and dining scenes in central Vancouver. Clean, bright, airy, and spacious, 1bd/1bth unit boasts 160 degree city and mountain views from floor to celing wall to wall windows. With hotel like ammenities on site and included with the rental, you can swim at the full sized indoor rooftop garden pool, relax in the hot tub, or steam in the sauna. In addition to the full sized gym, there is also an outdoor rock garden, koi pond, and playground, all located on the same level. Catered to by a wide variety of businesses on site, and assortment of adjacent food, shopping, personal services, and entertainment options on the block this location is also within a couple minutes walk of Rogers Arena, and BC Place Stadium, The Casino, and the city's best in dining and entertainment. Laundry is in-suite and includes detergent. Cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing, supplies are also available in the unit in addition to extra linens, towels, and full complement of soaps, shampoos, conditioner, and body wash.

If you are comparing this stay to other units in the complex, I'd strongly suggest first reading the reviews and consider the floor level and side of building as the street facing lower units can be quite loud at odd hours and the south facing units are directly above the highway overpass, skytrain rail, and commercial parking lots for the arena and stadium.

***There are no additional beds and the couch is not suitable for sleeping. If you wish to book with more than 2 adults you will need to contact me prior to booking, pay the additional guest charges, and sort out sleeping arrangements on your own or with my assistance.

It was clean with the exception of some fingerprints on the stainless steel appliances. (Not a big deal, just something I noticed). The deck is very small, I was expecting something you could at least sit on and relax but it’s definitely just for standing. There isn’t any parking included so that was a bit difficult to navigate. It would be so much better if a parking spot was included. With FIFA happening it made finding parking difficult . Overall it was a good accommodation

Place was small but perfect for a weekend getaway in Vancouver. Having access to the parking garage was great and felt very secure in the building. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and shops, very easy to get around. Prompt communication with the owner and easy checkout process. Would stay again!

Solo female traveler, worked remotely during the day and tourist in the evenings. Pros: location was ok (near the Canucks hockey team stadium), grocery store nearby, lots of restaurants, Costco nearby, full kitchen, washer and dryer unit in apartment, wifi worked well. Cons: there is way too much sunlight and no real blinds on windows except in the bedroom (other people in other buildings can see you so don’t walk around without clothes), no parking space for my car (I thought there was a parking space due to reading some previous reviews but there is no parking anymore so I had to find a Public parking space outside building and pay for it), AC unit was very loud like Mission Control and not strong enough (it was a hot week in Vancouver when I was there), also there was a lot of noise from the streets that you can hear (one night a woman was screaming for like a hour straight from the streets). For any Vrbo places I stay in, I always just want to feel “comfortable” and I just didn’t feel comfortable in this unit. Also I paid for 8 nights and I had to leave early due to emergency and just stayed 4 nights and I didn’t get any refund back, not that I expected it but there is no goodwill so just keep that in mind. Overall just an ok stay.

Thanks for your feedback Sophia. I'm sorry you felt the refund policy was unfair but I can't provide you with a refund when halfway through your "remote work stay" you are called back to work. This simply does not make sense and leaves me unable to find a last minute guest to replace your dates (which I still offered to do) Aside from that there is the parking issue which again is clearly stated in the ad, no parking included with unit. Finally, both the guests immediately before and after you left 10/10 reviews with none of the complaints you mentioned. Im sorry you feel there was no "goodwill" here but clearly you weren't being honest and have now decided to use the review as retaliation. Very unfortunate.

I had a very nice stay and it was close to all amenities and great restaurants. It took a bit to get ahold of the host to check in on the day of, im sure it was just a hiccup and nothing a coffee didnt sort out.Once in contact they were very easy to coordinate with. Nice views and the building amenities looked nice. Kind and secure building.

Nice spot within walking distance to almost anything that you could need nearby. A little bit of homeless around but it's not bad. Never felt unsafe or dangerous and we did quite a bit of walking. Host was responsive and did their best to help us out. Thanks for the great stay.

Keefer Place

Check in was a breeze, unit clean on arrival. Host was kind to drop off some essentials that were missing, however the kitchen is missing a couple of QOL items, but can be worked with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the host was wonderful.

Great location, very secure and very clean

Excellent asian market one block away. Train station super close also. Very comfortable rooms and excellent kitchen. Laundry was a plus. Air conditioner fan too noisey but I'm guessing owner will repair that. He, and his helper, were very responsive and helpful.

Incredible Location & Great Views

Had the loveliest weekend stay here! The host was very responsive and kind. The vrbo was clean and had the best views. The location is unmatched. Didn’t need to Uber/drive anywhere. The neighborhood was walkable and relatively safe. So many great restaurants and things to do nearby. 10/10!

Ideal for a couple of nights

It's not big but it's perfect for a couple for a night or two. Walkable to lots of areas, only 10 mins to Gastown. And a big bonus if you're on the road for a while is the washing machine and dryer.

Four nights at 58 Keefer Place

This apartment was comfortable and perfect for our 4 night stay. It was clean (very important), all the basic amenities were provided as listed in the description, bed linens, towels, toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer - which we didn’t use. The location was within walking distance of restaurants and a fabulous Asian supermarket. The host was welcoming and check-in was painless. We would stay here again.
