Great unit. kitchen stuff could use some updating (toss the scratched up frying pans for example). Also there weren’t any sponges etc to wash dishes w or wipe down counters. Other than that it was great. The biggest issue I had was the incredibly stupid rules about shading devices. Ridiculous!

The six of us really enjoyed our stay at Sedgefield. The beds were very comfy. The condo was very accommodating and roomy for our group. We love the decor. We were not able to get one TV to work but everything else was fine. (One set of doors to the closet came off before we arrived but we understand Elliott has a work order for that). We do wish the access to the beach was not so steep.

The place was mostly clean, we had no major complaints. The living room was cozy and comfortable and we had plenty of space to sit and chat. The balcony was big enough for four adults to stand and enjoy the view of the beach. We did walk down to the pool, but it was too cold to go for a swim. Beach access was fine for us, but you do have to walk down from the top a sand dune, this could be a problem for some. The kitchen was fully stocked, but could use a new pair of scissors. For a place that charges 35 per bed for sheets and towels, (we opted to bring our own) they also only provided one roll of toilet paper upon check-in and the place had 3 bathrooms. Overall it was a great stay and a fun trip.

We do want to clarify for future guests that we do not supply paper products beyond a starter roll. This policy has been in place since COVID and is outlined in the rental agreement provided prior to booking. Most guests either bring additional supplies or purchase what they need for their stay. We appreciate your feedback about the kitchen and will be sure to check on the scissors, so everything is fully equipped for future visitors. We stayed in Sedgefield 401 in April. Upon arrival, cleaning was apparent and well done. Place was neat and clean with updated appliances. View from balcony was great. One thing I would let future renters know is the beach access. While this is not against the owner or the condo- some renters need to know how accessible the beach is… it was a sandy, hilly steep climb and descent. We made it!!!! But others might like to be aware. We would return! Thanks

The outside property was nice well kept. The inside the floors were filthy like they had not been swept. I even found a misalliances pill on the floor in my room. Thank GOD I don’t t have small children. The keys that was given at check in did not fit my door and I did not find out about it till later that evening because our door was as open when we took our bags upstairs.

Our condo

I love staying at the Sedgeway. There were some blind slats missing and they did not close correctly so privacy was an issue. The main bedroom bathtub did not drain correctly. did not report this until Friday and a maintenance man was sent Who is very helpful, nice and took care of the problem and ordered blinds for the next customer. We just got busy with having fun and forgot to report it. It did not seem like the apartment was real clean when we checked in. A lot of dust and a lot of dust on the ceiling fans. Also we had to clean the floor in the main bathroom As there was restaurant in the toilet and a lot of hair in the bathroom. I believe my daughter said the ceiling fan did not work in there second full bedroom. The batteries in the remote in the main bedroom or corroded and we could not get the TVs to work in the bedrooms as I believe the Internet was not available in those rooms. This did not hamper our stay it was fun and we would come back again. Thank you
