Villa Dimitra er 150sq. m på en grund på ca 1000sq. m med en eksotisk indstilling kun 4 min gåafstand fra de lange, populære sandstrand Plaka på øen Naxos. Omgivet af håndlavede stengærder, denne afslappende ophold indeholder haveanlæg med blomster og træer. Villaen er designet til at lette ethvert behov, ved at tilbyde mange faciliteter, operationelle udendørs grill og hyggelige lounging områder. Dette moderne 3-etagers villa har i det øverste niveau, et charmerende soveværelse med en-suite badeværelse, med udsigt over Det Ægæiske Hav og i en afstand øen Paros fra sin store foran vinduet og privat terrasse. På lavere niveau er to store soveværelser. Hver har sin egen en-suite badeværelse og direkte adgang til en indbydende forside terrasse med trappe op til haven. Med panoramaudsigt over havet og den østlige side af øen Paros, er denne villa det bedste valg, for at kombinere en ferie glæde af komforten i hjemmet!

Stunning villa with beautiful views, rooms and a fantastic outdoor terrace, balconies and backyard. A short walk to beautiful Plaka beach, which has tons of restaurants. Short drive to city centre. The hosts could not have been more hospitable and friendly. They greeted us on arrival and had stocked the fridge with milk, beer, butter, fresh bread, and jams. Our highest recommendation.

Magnificent villa - from sunrise and sunset

Fantastic stay at Naxos Seaside villas. Very high standard accommodation. Our spacious villa had a balcony which was perfect for morning sun rising over the distant mountains and setting sun over Paros island. Our host, Athena was fabulous. I would highly recommend this property.

Stylish, romantic and well maintained villa nearby the beaches!

We stayed for 7 days as a family with two kids (2 and 4 years old). We were welcomed by the owner who guided us through the villa who was very friendly and approachable. The villa was very well decorated and felt cozy / romantic. It got all kinds of equipment (incl Nespresso machine). BBQ place is in a cozy area that really invites to BBQ there. The villa has a nice covered outdoor area to relax, eat/do drinks or read. Furthermore, the hosts took really care to make it very comfortable to us as guests; with the arrival there was a whole goodie bag with drinks, food and all kind of stuff was facilitated. There was a cleaning service every day that cleaned the whole house including change of sheets, etc. I dare to say that this is one of the best choices to go for on Naxos.

Lovely house with great amenities and service

This villa was a wonderful place to spend a week on Naxos. It offers lovely views and an amazing top deck; comfortable sleeping arrangements for a family of five-six; and lots of other things--like a fully equipped bbq, a stereo, daily maid service, laundry soap and coffee aplenty. The location was good, close to the beach, and Athena and Takis are great hosts. One thing to know is that the house shares a lot with three other villas with pools, and because of the way sound carries (and the particular group of families next door), the villa felt quite unprivate and noisy. This house would be perfect for a combined rental with the house immediately next door though--an incredible set-up for a larger family get together. Overall, I would recommend this house and Athena/Takis as hosts, I just would try to get more say in who was in the pool next door! Plaka Beach was great!

Best surprise ever

This property was unbelievable. It was well equipped, spacious, clean, and luxurious. We stayed in 2 units side by side with our friends so we had a pool. This is a perfect family and friends property or romantic retreat. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Don’t miss out on this one.

Mother/Daughter Getaway

We spent 4 nights and had such an amazing stay. The property was exactly as pictured and just a few minute walk to a beautiful beach and lots of great restaurants. WE were able to easily get the bus to go into Naxos Town and the hosts were very easy to get in touch with to answer any of our needs. Would love to come back again in the future.

A beautiful, spacious,clean and comfortable villa that was excellent for our 4 person family. The views are great (sunset and sunrise, the water and the mountains). The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen as well as the bathrooms were functional and practical. The owners (Athena and Takis) are the kindest and most helpful hosts and we felt welcomed in Greece right away thanks to them. The villa is steps away from Plaka Beach. We loved our stay at Seaside Naxos Villas and we hope to return soon!

Perfect house in Naxos

This was our first visit to Naxos and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The house was super close to the beach and very comfortable for our family of 6, but the best part by far was the warm hospitality of the owners: Takis and Athena. They were lovely to meet upon arrival and helped us over the course of our stay with restaurant and sailing reservations and even directly called a doctor and arranged an appointment for one of our kids to be seen. The house was supplied with everything that you might need, and although I did not realize this at the time of booking, included daily maid service. Well done Takis and Athena, we will certainly return some day.

We stayed in Villa Aetheria for 3 night's. Gorgeous villa, clean well set up and plenty of space, Amazing layout with multiple terraces and views. Owners, Athena & Takis, are very friendly and very helpful They were very communicative from our first email communication until the day we left. Spacious and well designed rooms with nice interiors. Nearby beach was perfect. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you Athena & Takis.

The villa is in excellent condition, much more impressive in real life than on the pictures. The location is great, right on Plaka beach. And the hosts are just the loveliest people, so generous, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Villa with Fantastic Host in Perfect Location

We stayed at Athena's villa for the first 2 weeks of October. We have a family of 4 including 2 young sons of 3 and 6. The Villa is very well appointed with everything that one may need. Ample rooms and sleeping arrangements, great kitchen with all the conveniences, and a very well laid out villa. It's in great condition, with plenty of hot water and everything one may need for a comfortable stay. The location was only a short walk from the beach, but we ended up renting a car that Athena organized for us at only 18Euro/ day, which was well worth it. It gave us the ability to visit all the local beaches in the area and try out different spots that were only a few minutes by car but would have been a little far to walk to. Also, with a car you can be in Naxos City (Chora) within 10 minutes or so, which opens up a lot more options for restaurants, lunch spots, shopping, and better supermarkets. Naxos is a great little town to visit with a cool old town with cobblestone streets nestled around an old castle, and a picturesque port. Plaka beach, which is just a few minutes walk from the villa is a wonderful, long beach with numerous spots to hang out and restaurants every couple hundred feet to choose from. You can swim anywhere along the beach. Further along is another little beach/ village with a small port at Agia Anna, then 2 minutes past that is another little area where we ended up most days - Agios Prokopios - where it's a little more sheltered with incredibly calm water and was perfect for swimming with the kids. Athena was a wonderful hostess who was courteous and helpful, picking us up from the Port when we arrived, and helping us get to the airport for our departure when we left. She had lots of great suggestions and information for restaurants, shopping, day trips, etc. Also gave us some organic home grown veggies, and was always available to help wherever possible. She lives next door, so was always easy to reach when needed. I would definitely highly recommend this villa as a great relaxing place to stay, and the area for a wonderful vacation in a calm, quiet and safe area.

Very cozy palce close to amazing beach

My boyfriend and I loved this villa. It had everything we needed and more. Just a few steps to the amazing beach of plaka made our stay even more unforgettable. Athina was extremelly accommodating. She gave us great suggestions on what to do and where to eat..etc I highly recommend sataying at this cozy super nice villa!! We hope to be back. Naxos is a very unique island!

Extremely comfortable, well-equipped villa

Villa Dimitra is an extremely comfortable, well-equipped villa in a quiet yet accessible location close to the beautiful beach, restaurants, bars and supermarket. The villa is clean, spacious and offers "extras" not often found in Greek properties, such as mosquito screens, ample hot water, satellite TV and comfortable outdoor furniture. During our 10-day stay, the villa was cleaned through and towels and bedding were changed. We would definitely recommend this villa, in fact we plan on staying here again the next time we come to Naxos.

Nicely decorated, great service!

The house is a bit away from town, but close to a beach and restaurants (which were closed during the off-season we were there). The property is well-thought out and feels more like a home than a rental property. The pizza oven outside is welcome, and there are plenty of places to sit and relax, drink a beer or glass of wine - both inside and outside. Athina lives next door and is extremely helpful. She picked us up from the ferry terminal with our rental car already there. It is hard to have a more convenient arrival at past midnight. if there is anything not perfect it is the mothballed construction of two similar villas next door (which is understandable considering the economic situation) and road construction between the house and town. The latter will be finished by now, allowing for even shorter drives to Naxos port. Definitely a recommendation!

Simply perfect!

We stayed for a week at Villa Dimitra in July 2013 and what a stay it was! The villa itself is new, clean and spacious, thoughtfully furnished and beautifully decorated, with large well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and lots of outdoor spaces. There were 7 of us, all girls, and there were no lines to the bathrooms in the morning, because there were three and a half bathrooms! Athena was a wonderful hostess. She picked us up at the port, drove us to the supermarket, brought us vegetables from her own garden. She was always there for us to answer questions, give recommendations and provide us with care and attention we have never seen from any host (and we travel a lot!). It takes about 5-7 minutes on foot to get to the beach, one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen and it was not crowded. If you want umbrellas and beach chairs, turn right upon entering the beach, but if you want privacy and serenity, turn left – the beach there is almost empty, which was what we were looking for. The bus stop and Three Brothers tavern are right on the corner which was very convenient. We found Three Brothers tavern to be one of the best restaurants on the island. We also bought bread and appetizers from them to eat at the villa. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to get to Naxos town and the port. The old part of the town was unbelievably beautiful and authentic. After making day trips to Santorini and Myconos which were way too touristy and pricey, we felt that they were highly overrated, while old Naxos town – underrated. If you are looking for an authentic Greek atmosphere, make sure you wander the winding streets of old town during the day as well as at night. You’d feel like you were transported back in time. All in all, our stay at villa Dimitra was perfect! The only negative, the stay was too short! One week felt like one very long and very happy day!

Beautiful villa & the owners extremely welcoming

We stayed at villa Dimitra with our 2 children and our friends who have a baby and found that the house was very spaciuos, very thoughtfully and beautifully decorated and the kitchen and utility room were very well equiped. Athena and Daki the owners were very helpful and even brought us vegetables from their organic vegetable garden! The house is 5 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach on Naxos and there are shops and lovely restaurants within walking distance. This place was a real find.

Villa Dimitra/Plaka Beach was lovely!!

My husband and two small children traveled here from the US, where we met our friends from Switzerland, who also had two small children. We had a WONDERFUL time. The house was spacious and very clean, and had a nice open kitchen which we spent a lot of time in. The best part is that it's a short walk to one of the most beautiful sand beaches I've been to in Greece. The water was crystal-clear gorgeous, and had an ample shallow strip which was ideal for the kids. Athena was a perfect host -- she is extremely personable and was always responsive to our needs. We loved the house and beach so much that we didn't go anywhere else on the island, even though the bus stop was very close by. The house is a great find -- I highly recommend it for a family/friends getaway.
