Welcome to **The Grand** — one of the largest, most comfortable group cabins in Heber–Overgaard. Tucked among tall pines on 2+ private acres, it's a true basecamp for reunions, retreats, birthdays, and friends-and-family weekends in the pines.

The gourmet kitchen is the heart of the home — double of nearly everything so a big group can cook side by side, plus coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, and full cookware. A large dining table seats everyone for family-style meals and game nights.

Sip coffee on the wrap-around deck among the pines, grill dinner at sunset, and gather at the fire-pit courtyard for s'mores and stargazing. Over 2 private acres with room to roam and ample parking.

Guest access

Guests enjoy the entire main home and all 2+ acres. An optional **lower-level suite** (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, pool table) is available on request for an added fee — great if your group grows.

This listing is for the main floor only. It does not include basement use.

• Pet-free home (no exceptions) for the comfort of all guests
• Self check-in via lockbox; no 24/7 on-site staff, but we're a message away
• A signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $2,500 security hold (a pending transaction, not a charge) are required; an optional damage waiver is available as an alternative
• Guest portal via Happy Guest (no app, no account) with local tips and optional add-ons like late checkout
• Long-term stays (28+ days) welcome
• Travel insurance recommended, especially in winter months

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($80) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $3000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$15/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company

Option 2: Security Deposit ($3,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
