Carol, Thank you so much for letting us know you had a wonderful vacation at Deja Blue! We look forward to seeing you next year!

Thank you Christina for your review and you for the grill donation! The owner has been made aware and a new park grill is being installed as well. Grills sure do take a beating in the OBXsalty air in addition to use, so we appreciate it! Also the owner is adding a dishwasher in November of 2022.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you and your family, including the pups, enjoyed your stay. It’s fantastic that the proximity to the pier added to your experience. We hope to welcome you back for another perfect getaway!

Thank you Veronica for your feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay despite missing the dog run and hot tub installations (both still on schedule for sometime in April 2022). We hope you reserved for next year and will get to enjoy them then!

Thank you Elizabeth for your review. It is unfortunate to hear that the prior guests did not take the trash out despite communication to do so from us. Also, thank you for addressing the kitchen drain and attempting to address the bed nails. Our cottage inspectors are in the process of going through each of our properties with a fine tooth comb and white gloves before the heavy season begins so your feedback is very helpful and these items will be taken care of promptly. We also encourage our guests to let us know about any needs they should have upon arrival to their home so that they can be addressed during the stay so that you don't have to lift a finger. But we definitely appreciate you taking it upon yourself to do so. Keeping our homes updated requires teamwork and guests like you are a treasure!

John, I apologize for the oversight and any inconvenience it caused. We are committed to ensuring a clean and comfortable experience for our guests. We will address this issue promptly and make sure it doesn't happen again. We created a service order to address the maintenance issues you wrote about.

Laura, We as well as the homeowners would like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, as your feedback is very meaningful to us. We are delighted to hear about the things you enjoyed, and appreciate the feedback you shared.
