Just steps from direct beach access, this ocean-view retreat invites you to settle into an easy rhythm by the water while staying close to the charm of St. Augustine.

Sleeping arrangements
This property includes two houses - Salt Therapy North & South - offering space for up to 12 guests. Across the full property, you’ll find 6 bedrooms and 6 beds, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in each house. In total, there are 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The layout allows your group to gather together while still enjoying separation and privacy between the two homes.

Outdoor living
At the heart of the property is a private outdoor pool - available all year and saltwater. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). After time at the beach, rinse off and relax on the patio or balcony with both ocean view and pool view scenery as your backdrop. A grill and dining table make it easy to enjoy meals outdoors, and beach essentials - including beach towels and beach chairs - are ready for days on the sand.

Kitchen & dining
Each house features a kitchen where you can cook and gather at your own pace. With major appliances, cooking basics, and a dedicated dining area, preparing everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners feels seamless. Coffee maker, toaster, and barbecue utensils add everyday convenience to your stay.

Comfort & convenience
Spanning three levels with elevator access, the home is designed for ease and accessibility. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help keep the space comfortable year-round. Wifi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or trip planning, while a 50 inch HDTV offers relaxed evenings indoors. Washer and dryer access, bathroom essentials, and thoughtful touches throughout make longer stays just as comfortable as weekend getaways. Free driveway parking for 3 spaces and self check-in with a keypad provide a smooth arrival.

Located in North Vilano Beach, you’re steps from the shoreline and only minutes from the restaurants, shops, and historic streets of downtown St. Augustine. Whether you spend your days walking the coast or exploring the Nation’s Oldest City, Salt Therapy North & South offers a peaceful home base by the ocean - pet-friendly and designed for gathering together.

Note: There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in each of 2 houses guests are renting the entire property, it includes 2 houses - Salt Therapy North & South.
The pool here is unheated, although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air. (no hot tub)

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & No Hot Tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage or outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog. Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
